Food is not terrible but cleanliness is an issue. Often overcharged for no reason. Didn't receive full refund when served undercooked meat.

I hate leaving bad reviews but it is warranted for this bakery. We have driven past numerous times to and from London for hockey tournaments and decided to stop in. We purchased chocolate chip cookies, chocolate doughnuts and raspberry turnovers. Cost $30 for those 3 items. The cookies were overcooked and not tasty at all, had no flavour. We paid $10 for 4 donuts…we have 7 kids, we split the donuts in half for the kids to try and not one kid finished their piece. They were awful, dried out, no rich flavour. The turnovers were ok, the pastry pard was done well but there was next to no fruit inside. If your prices were lower I would be more lenient with my review but if you are going to charge top end prices your product better match the price and in this case it did not. Very disappointing.

Panzerotti was like eating cardboard, dry and no taste. Toppings were heavy on one side and bare on the other. Even a bite with the topping and cheeze all you can taste is the tomato sauce.

Claire (I think that was her name) was very welcoming and attentive when I came into the store and ordered breakfast. She was polite and it felt like I was talking to an old friend. Service was great, but my wrap was a little too saucy for me.

Two years later and they’re still doing the same thing. LABEL CROSS CONTAMINATION. I’ve already contacted Sassys in May 2021 about sesame seeds in their Apple fritters and the labels weren’t changed to include that they may contain that. Clearly they don’t care about allergies and the seriously of this. Now I’ve found poppy seeds? In my cinnamon bun. I think the health board needs to inspect this place.
