I was excited to try the broasted chicken as I have always loved it at other restaurants. While the skin was crunchy and good the rest of the chicken was rubbery and inedible. I was nervous to even finish eating.

Food lately has been poor. Today we decided to try again, My qasadia was so burnt. I don't understand unless the cooks just want to fool around and not watch. This effects the restaurant reputation. Word of mouth speaks volumes. The waitress was amazing. She is so focused and organized. Air conditioner is broken.

Very disappointed in the experience we had a Cracker Jack’s last night. This used to be a go to spot for us and with it being a friends birthday we thought no better place to celebrate. Drink orders were taken relatively quickly, but we saw at-least 3 different waiters in that time each bringing out items that they didn’t even know which table they belonged to. We ordered a couple (buffalo chicken) pizzas, some nachos, and some dumplings. The nachos took atleast 45 minutes and toppings were scarce. Pizzas came out afterwards, no taste of buffalo at all, crusts were ginormous, and was served on a very chipped plate. Overheard tables around us also frustrated about the lengthy wait times, and disappointing orders (sour beer). The one server taking care of the 3/4 full patio (was working her butt off), while other servers were inside tending to 2 tables and standing around talking. While I understand being understaffed (which was mentioned), it was sad to see one person who was truly trying their best taking the hit for the overall bad service. Paying was another story, hostess just disappeared leaving behind a bunch of confusion.

The night of the 13th I went here for dinner with my bf and our experience was absolutely terrible. Got there at 6:50 and waited until 7:30 to get our starters… when they came they only brought one cause they dropped the other and when we tasted them the garlic bread was good but spinach dip didn’t have enough cheese and all the chips were burnt 😭😭. At this point I wanted to leave but my bf didn’t wanna cause an issue so we ordered mains. Waited til like 8:15 for those and when they came out, again my fish for the fish and chips was burnt and tasted like crap. Didn’t wanna cause an issue and I felt bad cause the server said it was her first time but we were clearly unhappy but we weren’t even offered any sort of compensation. Bill ended up being close to $100 for both of us and my bf was adamant on paying AND tipping cause he didn’t want an issue and felt bad for the server or I would’ve gone off. He was taking me out so it’s the only reason I was trying to be nice but god damn. Worst experience ever. We would’ve appreciated being checked on more often, asked how our food was (even though it was pretty obvious) and just better service overall. Im a pretty lenient person and I also work in the service industry so im never trying to do too much but this was wayyyyyy below the standard I thought yall had.

Great little neighbourhood bar and grill in the mids of a residential area. Went on a weekday at lunchtime soon after they had opened. Not too busy, service and food were great.

Another great experience. I occasionally dine at this location and the food and atmosphere never disappoints. This time I had the BEST service by Mikayla. She was prompt, friendly and very attentive. She filled drinks without having to be asked, moved quickly, and paid attention to small details. She’s super friendly and great at her job. One of the best servers I’ve had. I highly recommend, and if possible, ask for her to serve you!
Pizza and Wings were really good. The Pizza was cooked perfectly and the crust was fantastic. You can tell they make the dough in house.
They also do the wings proper and serve it with Carrots/Celery and blue cheese. So many places cheap out that and don't provide it or you have to pay extra. I'm glad they don't do that here, so thank you!
The service was slow but the server warned us as there was a couple of hockey teams in before us. It's good they let us know.

This is the first time that I had the pizza here. I ordered thin crust with cheese, pep, onion and roasted red pepper. It is one of the best pizzas I have had. The dough looks thick, but it is deceiving, its so light and easy to eat. I will be back soon.

Need the Ice Hotel? Go to the bar side! The employees need to 6 layers on. So do the customer! They will not get the heat going.?! It's only been 2 months! Crackerjack do better . Your other restaurants are number one!
