Some of the Donuts are delicious best i ever had however some of the donuts were very old, for example the long john and sprinkle donuts were tough and falling apart while the cream inside was minimal and turned to a liquid almost. lady serving was nice enough but not very enthusiastic and it was very hard to choose because there is no labeling on the donuts ive seen other reviews having same reviews with freshness aswell and it kinda seems like luck of the draw to me. If they are ensured fresh and added labels would be a 5 star

Great donuts. Nice people. However, they do not bake or forecast sales all that good. I have went many times mid-day to see next to no selection. I went today, March 13 at 11:00 AM and pickings were slim. Lady working said that’s it for today.

Drove from Toronto to buy the so called famous donuts.No matter what donut you bit into, the icing clumped and fell off.The donuts were very dry as if they were day old.$36.50And they all ended in the Garbage.Never again
Even though 2 out of 3 apple fritters were quite doughy and undercooked in the center they were still delicious as well as the other doughnuts i bought. We just threw out the center. It can happen to anyone. Out of the 30 doughnuts i bought there were no complaints other than that from everyone. Although i didnt try all of them they all looked amazing and i was happy with ones i did have.

Very dry, old donuts today. I was over there couple times and they were all good, fresh donut smell through the bag, light and puffy texture. But it was not the case this time. I tried to smell the donut but nothing showed. The cream inside the donut is too little or dry out from the aging.About the service, its a bad experience for me today. While looking for the donuts which one I should get, the girl lost her patience and asked me "are you taking 6 donuts?" I said to the girl, no thank you. I feel very rushed. I asked for a blue berries filling donut, she gave me the one with a light colour from outside which I doubted, I repeated "is it blue berries." She even not double checked and just said yes. Found out I got a lemon filling donut instead when I got home. Terrible donut on top of not getting what I asked for.It was around 2 pm and I was in and out of the store for 5 mins.I hope the bakery can make the donuts fresh and professional service consistently.

The best location for donuts in the Niagara Region! Support local, family owned and operated. Those who know many other locations across Niagara may also have tried the donuts without knowing where they were made (donut diner). Wish they had a eat in option, Polish food again. 5/5
