I've been going to Iggy's since they opened all those years ago, back when u worked for one of the local lawyers and we had our weekly Friday lunches at Iggys. My husband and I went on many date nights at Iggys before we got married. Can't say enough good things about this place. Their wings are to die for. Their poutine is addictive. Their tacos are amazing. My husband loves their craft beer. The atmosphere is always relaxing. Sometimes the service can be alittle slow but the food makes up for it. And honestly, sometimes it's really busy and the poor staff cant keep up. Love Iggys and always enjoy eating there.

Very poor experience at Iggy's. We were not greeted when we came in. Upon asking, the bartender told us to sit wherever we liked. No server came to our table, other tables sat, servers took their orders and still no one came to us. We were the only table in the place with a child. We had to get our own menus. Finally I asked the bartender to get some help and she said we were someone else's table but she would help us. We ordered Burrito Bowl and Fish and Chips. We waited about 45 minutes, again other tables got their food before us but they came in after us. The place was not busy either and had three servers and 1 busser. The Bowl was cold, the Fish and chips was soggy. It was a complete waste of money. The server gave the typical apathetic response after hearing our complaint and charged us full price. No effort to make up for it. We went home and cooked dinner after what was supposed to be a celebration night out. We will not be returning and will make sure our friends don't either!

This place used to have standards! A while back I ordered some hot wings from them and they just gave me fried wings with no sauce! On top of that when I went to go get the wings, the cashier didn't know how to operate the payment machine, they made me wait 10 minutes for my wings, which for a matter of fact, I could see on the counter. What kind of incompetence is this that you make me stand there looking at my food get cold because you don't know how to operate the payment machine, and then on top of that you give us subpar wings with no sauce! Then when we call in to explain our greivances, the guy on the phone gives us no refund, and doesn't offer to make the wings again. No recourse, no service quality and they treat the customer like garbage and expect you to act like they just did you charity! Disappointed!
