Worst pizza I ever had I placed the online order of a medium pizza the dough was undercooked . The toppings are not evenly spreaded on the slices so disappointed with this service even we got food poisoning from their pizza .never recommend this place to anyone

We ordered pizza with Shahi gravy as base sauce and garlic cheesy sticks bread. And second time in a row, the garlic sticks were delivered burnt and pizza was not with same gravy as requested. When we called customer service , agent offered $10 credit but refused the replacement at first. Then he said only garlic bread can be replaced. We tried to convince that bread and pizza are untouched, agent refused the replacement. We didnt accept $10 Credit but the bread replacement. This ruined our new year party. Upon arrival of delivery man, when we asked him to take back both burnt bread and pizza and have the store manager look at it , he refused and said that we never take the stuff back.
Surprisingly , when we had this experience earlier with this same store and requested replacement they strictly told us not to consume as they need to take the stuff back.
Advice/ always check before accepting delivery or pickup to see what they are actually providing .

I often visit this store. My experience here has been okay. Today I made a mobile order. When I arrived, the man (A) was making dough and said he would be with me soon. So I started waiting at the cashier, for more than 5 min. During this time, another man (B) with turban came to talk with A. He neglected my presence. Then after, a white man came, B came up to ask about his order. I just want to ask them, am I air?

To the few people in these reviews that complain about the students being in the pizza pizza I find that unbelievable. I myself am a regular and I am a student at Thorold high. During the rush they’ve always gotten my order right even while the line is packed and noisy. The pizzas always warm the drinks never flat and the service is almost instant. Please remember we are students and although some of us can be disrespectful that doesn’t define the store itself. It’s overall clean and I’ve seen the owner many times clean up once all the students leave for class. He does this usually with help and it’s admirable how efficient they are. The staff there is always kind to us and they correct our behaviour when necessary. Even I myself have been corrected a few times for my mistakes they don’t just allow disrespect and they do care for the other customers. At the end of the day some of us are kids that don’t have cars and sometimes want a warm place to sit even though it’s packed. We want to enjoy ourselves just as much as you do and most of us will gladly move if asked. To take pictures of the students and post it online is a violation to our privacy and more immature then some of us sitting on a table.. at the end of the day the facility itself is clean, the food is served well and carefully, and when they make mistakes they apologize and correct it. The staff is kind and respectful. Overall I enjoy this place and it’s held a lot of memories with me and my friends. Don’t discredit it because a few teenagers “ruined” your pizza pizza experience.

Waiting over half hour for two items...
Got a chicken sandwich which had two of the world's smallest pickles on it. Was not given any napkins or cutlery for our panzaroti. Staff were nice. Just overall disappointed

The pizza was fresh, hot, and delivered quickly. I went for a classic pepperoni and a veggie deluxe, and both were solid choices. The crust was crisp but not too hard, and the toppings were generous and The store was clean and modern, with simple decor and comfortable seating.

Driver eventually called and said he was outside my house when I informed him he must be at wrong address as he wasnt in my driveway he gave me attitude
I called the store and they were no help either
Only reason a store with customer service this bad is able to stay in business is because there are no other options in the city that stay open late
