This store is absolutely the worst. We ordered delivery and was called to say they couldn’t deliver. Then was about to leave and the order shows up. The food is insanely dry, overcooked. The panzo was supposed to be double pepperoni and extra cheese. It came as just normal. The Stromboli was completely burnt. Stay far far away from this store

Would give 0 if possible! They gave us burnt,very thick crust and less toppings pizza on takeaway! Upon complaining we received a call from the store manager ( or maybe the person who made my pizza stating he’s the manager ) literally saying why did we complain! And blamed that we were asking for free money by complaining. Like what the hell ! It’s our hard - earned money that we spent in return of good pizza ! Why would they expect me not to complain when they didn’t got their job ryt ? It’s really pathetic and unacceptable to talk to customers that way! This should be seen and corrected! Maybe train staff properly on being sensible .

Stopped here cause I saved a bag from one of the apps.
Once again pizza pizza fails.I placed an order over the phone, since they made a mistake last time I used credit.They made a mistake again. I ordered pickles not knowing they are being discontinued. When my food arrived i was missing the pickles. So i call pizza pizza since you can't call the store anymore.... And inform them of this error, they then tell me they tried to call me. i didn't receive any call?I then need to argue with them for a refund because they called me. after i escalated and went to the supervisor. they said that they would check the call logs to check. she returned and said its taking to long that she will replace the 7 dollars of creditDont order from pizza pizza in Thorold unless your excited for bad food.Papa vinces is pretty good

This pizza pizza does not stand up to its brand. Order last night online, added Parmesan cheese( for an extra charge of course) and they didn’t put the regular cheese on the pizza. When called to let them know, they blamed it on the way I ordered. I did not ask for the cheese to be taken off, I did ask for Parmesan to be added. I hate that this is one of the 3 food options in Thorold after 10pm. Pizza pizza should be checking on their brand as this franchise doesn’t seem to care. Never order from them. Go to dominos on hartzel if you can’t find a mom and pop shop open.

Can the owner please look into the cleanliness of this place. I won't review anything else until the place meets cleanlinest standards. If this is the condition of where the public accesses, it leaves me to think about the spaces we can't access. Floor, tables, chairs dirty. Hire an additional worker if necessary.

Went at around 10pm and thought I was going to be able to buy a pie because they close at 2am, but when I go to order the worker says that they don’t make pizza at this hour. When I asked him about it he looked like he didn’t know what to say, and ends up saying they stop making pizzas in the evening. Does this make any sense? It’s a pizza place. It’s very obvious that they just didn’t want to make more pizza. I understand if I would’ve went 10 minutes before they closed but this was an entire 4 hours before closing. The staff is obviously lazy. Not to mention when I got back in my car one of the workers came out with an entire pizza pie and got into his car. Apparently they only make pizzas for themselves. Whoever owns this place needs to look into this because these workers are making you lose money.
