Hey, I recently ordered a sandwich online from your store with extra tomato, lettuce, green pepper, and spinach. However, when I picked it up and opened it, I found only lettuce, cucumber, and maybe a piece or two of green pepper.

I called the store to ask about the missing ingredients, and the staff member explained that she couldn’t add all the vegetables because the sandwich wouldn’t close. I found this surprising, as I’ve been ordering the same sandwich for years without any issues. I shared this with her, but after checking with her manager, she said there was nothing they could do.

I then visited the store in person to resolve the issue. The staff member repeated that nothing could be done. When I asked to speak with the manager, she contacted him (Gill), who insisted that all the requested ingredients were included. When I pointed out that the tomato and green pepper were missing, he simply offered to add tomato to the sandwich I had already been carrying around for 10–20 minutes.

At that point, I decided to throw the sandwich away, as I didn’t want food that wasn’t fresh or properly prepared. Unfortunately, that meant wasting both the food and my money. This experience was disappointing, and I would rather spend my money somewhere that serves exactly what I order, not what they choose to provide.

Horrible experience , payed did my food never got it. And when I asked for manager he supposedly wasn’t there and the one worker who was refused to do anything. So I just lost my money. Joke of service , joke of training .

I am extremely disappointed. I am a frequent subway goer and this experience has made me never want to go to subway again. The service was terrible and he forgot to put half the toppings on my subs and he was so rude. He neglected my friend when she was trying to order and he also forgot to toast my sub. We had to wait 40 minutes to get our order and there was no one there. I’m never returning to this subway.

I do recommend this place at all. My meatball sub did not have very much flavor to it. It also had a mildy unpleasant smell, which I found kind of gross. Just a big waste of $14. I will not be coming back, ever.

I went for lunch and they literally had no sub bread at all. How does that even happen?Sandwich makers are also very ridged and seem like they can’t wait for you to leave.I love subway but I’m not surprised this subway specifically has a ton of one star reviews.
