Generally I never had an issue at this location, with the exception of one. Was not particularly fond of finding chewed gum in my coffee as I'm sure any normal rational person would be. I did address the issue with the manager who was very professional and informed the owner who has yet to contact me. Thus the reason I am leaving a review. Aside from this, great service from the manager and employees.

I had an issue today at Tim Hortons. I called about it. I’m making this review to acknowledge the manager on duty today. She handled herself very professionally and she is genuinely kind. Seem to really care about the issue and solved it quickly. I normally never have issues at this location. It’s good to know that they have a manager who cares.

Wow really lazy u kmo they're when they lock the lobby doors over 10 minutes before they close in the inside but drive through cN do 24/7 tho

was awful purposely didnt make my coffee right for asking to be served after the cashier had a 10 minute conversation with her friend about her new nails whilst i waited behind her friend who ordered a drink and was served and just chatted forever and i had to speak up to get served. would never go back .

Very rude employee. They said they will take cash only. And i asked if this 1500 timpoints covers my coffe and sandwich. An employee from back i not even talking came and said it doent mean its free in a rude way. I dont need anything for free. Is it my fault they cant provide debit services. For just asking a doubt doesnt mean i want the coffee for free or anything. This happened now at thorold tim nov 12, 5.50Am

Ordered coffee, drove to my destination, they didn't mke my 2 coffees right. Ordered 2- TT gave 1 sugar 3 cream in both. It's like Russian Roulette ordering coffee lol Sometimes they make it right, sometimes they don't.

Today is 30th August 2024. It is 10am currently and i purchased an iced coffee (extra cream and cane sugar (sweet tooth) ) and i just wanted to say thank you to whoever made this. It is the best tasting ice coffee I've had in my life!

Placed a mobile order that I had pre-entered as I was arriving as I didn’t know if we would have time to stop before our appointment as there is frequently a line extending to the street at this location.

They brought up my order at the speaker. Great. I get to the window and the window was open and the crew were VERY loudly talking crap about how I ordered mobile and I should have ordered it way ahead and customers shouldn’t be allowed to order mobile for drive thru. (Unsure how mobile order vs me telling you my order at the speaker is literally any different???) Horrendous. If you’re going to talk crap about a customer a) make sure the drive thru window is closed and b) use inside voices 🤷🏻‍♀️

All that and my coffee tasted like garbage. Thanks Tim’s! Can’t wait for McDonalds to come to Thorold.

Great location but, poor customer service. Waited in the drive thru line to order a croissant and a hash brown.

The person I spoke with on the speaker was fine. I pulled up to the window and informed me they had neither available. Why was this not communicated prior.

No apology or explanation. They didn’t even bother asking if I wanted something else as a substitute.

Disappointing experience.
