The scan and pay wasn't working, which was inconvenient because I had enough points for free coffee.

I used to come here before the reconstruction, and they were wonderful. However, after the reconstruction, I have never gotten my order correct, and I know this to be locally to this tims as other tims seem to correct themself after a few visits. Today, I had to watch as my order was completely ignored, and other people got their orders. I won't be returning to this tims they're unprofessional and rude.

On Sunday the only day I have off work I come to ormand street tim hortons with a friend.
There is no air conditioning on and it is above work ethic for the tim hortons workers to honest to god. They r suffering in there workers.
I am going to unfortunately call the city on them.... it is way to hot inside for the workers and for any customer...

This needs to be corrected

Went to tim Hortons was waiting on line at drive through was lots of cars and was taking time so decided to park and walk in. Went it waited ten minutes as everyone dealt with just drove through I had seen the car that was in front of me before I parked go through so I was like I should of just stayed in drive through the one lady was asking the one man to get someone to the front at least twice as I was waiting only for him to say we're busy so 20 minutes went by and they finally asked what would I like in order a coffee and got it immediately but was quite crazy if I had stayed in drive though I would have been home 15 min ago . As well I could some names on a screen with peoples full names for orders and one name was my neighbour so now I know there lazy and order for delivery should be more privacy there end of the day I give this place. 1 put of ten and I don't think anyone speaks English there anymore either

Generally I never had an issue at this location, with the exception of one. Was not particularly fond of finding chewed gum in my coffee as I'm sure any normal rational person would be. I did address the issue with the manager who was very professional and informed the owner who has yet to contact me. Thus the reason I am leaving a review. Aside from this, great service from the manager and employees.

I had an issue today at Tim Hortons. I called about it. I’m making this review to acknowledge the manager on duty today. She handled herself very professionally and she is genuinely kind. Seem to really care about the issue and solved it quickly. I normally never have issues at this location. It’s good to know that they have a manager who cares.

Wow really lazy u kmo they're when they lock the lobby doors over 10 minutes before they close in the inside but drive through cN do 24/7 tho

was awful purposely didnt make my coffee right for asking to be served after the cashier had a 10 minute conversation with her friend about her new nails whilst i waited behind her friend who ordered a drink and was served and just chatted forever and i had to speak up to get served. would never go back .
