I come to this Tim hortons daily with no issues today I came and ordered an ice coffee they made it super creamy it looked white so I asked the girl at the window if they could make it less creamy. Which I’ve asked before at multiple Tim hortons locations because they never make it properly . They always make it so it tastes like you’re drinking a tub of cream . Until today when the girl at the window turned around to her associate and said something to him in their language. I think that’s super inappropriate , I felt as though I was being ridiculed for requesting a drink that I paid for to be made properly!
This is not the first time my very simple drink order went wrong at this location but unfortunately I will never go back here as I am always surprised by the disgusting drink I get! And, almost always not even a full cup! I'm really tired of giving the second chance when they don't appreciate anyone. Not just this Tim Hortons, but so many of them are not what they used to be and they keep loosing their customers. I used to really enjoy Tim Hortons but it's time to switch to Starbucks.
