No wonder their slices are kept in a display hiding behind the counter because if I'd actually seen them before paying, I would have left. The bottom was a soggy mess about 2mm thick while the crust was a rock hard crunch of unpleasantness. There was ONE pepperoni on each slice & about enough cheese for half a slice.Save your money.

The food at this place is incredible and the staff is exceptional. However, I have had a few negative experiences over hearing the owners today. They seem to have a power-hungry and rude attitude towards their workers, which is QUITE disappointing. It is important for owners to treat their employees with respect and empathy, rather than acting superior. When someone makes a mistake, it is crucial to address it with understanding, explain what went wrong with empathy NOT A SNOBBY TONE, and work together to find a solution. If necessary, retraining SHOULD be considered before letting someone go. If all of that has been done and an issue is still there, then I understand letting someone go but unfortunately, it seems that the owners of this establishment fail to follow these principles. I genuinely hope that the workers here find a better workplace where they are treated with dignity, respect, understanding and empathy and not treated like nothing for being below the owners.

We placed an order for pickup (pizza and garlic bread) and once we got there, whoever the middle aged man was, working there straight tells me he handed off the order to someone else in the most blunt and casual way possible. I have ordered for pickup from this spot before and every time whoever is at the front of the table, asks me for my “name” before handing it to me. This guy straight up tells me he didnt ask for any name and just straight up handed the order to someone else.Highly dissatisfied and do not recommend

Ordered delivery Friday night for Saturday at noon. 1210pm called. Was told its got a few more minutes still and will be leaving. 1220/1225 called again and was told leaving soon. No explanation or anything. No apology. Nothing. I asked why it's late. "Because there's a delay". No explanation at all and the tone and attitude was horrendous. I even asked did we get forgot about. No feasible answer. Terrible customer service with complete lack of empathy. Will NEVER be back.Pizza quality and flavor didn't even make up for it.

When first opened was amazing. Good quality has went down really bad seems like they don’t care about the food quality anymore. Also either there hours of operation is wrong on Google or the people working just don’t like answering a phone because they would have to work. Soo unfortunate as I am a big pizza person. Not ordering anymore from this location.

Well every time I was coming it was great the customer service is horrible and always horrible feels like the guy who's working absolutely hates being here but the food was good, so I kept coming untill......Today I came and ordered the same things I always do a medium and 20wings but today I got it home and the pizza was soggy and cold I called the guy said bring it backSo I did and now I'm here waiting for the remake while my wings are home getting cold I won't be back 50dollars for soggy piza and cold wingsLost a regularIn to the next local spot I guess
