After driving by numerous times, we stopped in last week. My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our meal, and will definitely be back and recommend it to others. We also picked up a loaf of delicious banana bread, which was so yummy! Thanks Tomiko!
Great home made food. Very friendly service. COVID was very hard on their business, as well as the poor winter trail conditions last year prevented the snowmobilers from using the trails that lead to this fine little restaurant. Hope conditions are better for them this season.
I used to often stop here for a quick lunch back when I lived in the Great White North and was headed to Toronto. This weekend we popped in on our way north, but not so much for lunch, but because I needed a washroom. Saturday, as it happens, is bake sale day at Tomiko, and the entire counter was filled with fresh-baked bread, still warm from the oven, plus pies and crumbles, piles of containers of soup. Looked great, and I bought an apple crumble to take with us on the road....
