Every time at least 1x a week I give this location the benefit of the doubt but it’s always 10-15 mins waiting I just can’t anymore I go to ingersol now I really just rather do the drive for friendlier staff and my order faster

I would like to share that Oct 31 there was a free kids pak. I have to give a HUGE should out to the staff that was working around 8ishpm they were swamped with in store and drive through they handled the situation so incredible. You could see they were stressed being so short staffed with that kind of promotion going on they deserve a huge thank you and a job well done from their managers and owners of this business. 🙃

Store just felt dirty. Tables were sticky. Lots of flies in the store. Ketchup pump not working. No carbonation in the coke. No ice. Washrooms felt dirty. No paper towels.

Zipped through the drive-thru and snagged a Mozza Burger for $15.10 – and wow, talk about lightning fast! I barely had time to settle into a good song before I was paying, grabbing my drink, and then, boom, burger in hand! No awkward waiting, no unnecessary delays. This is how fast food should be – quick, seamless, and straight to the good stuff!
The crew that worka afternoon dont know how to do their job. First off they are super slow and besides the burgers they make sucks… the thick lady gave me burger without onions and tomatoes and other stuff it was just bun and patty and this happened so many times she never make good burgers and makes me wait 15 mins
