We have been coming to Boston Pizza since we moved to Tillsonburg in 2022 and we have been a regular customer. We come for dinners very often and bring our friends over too as we love the ambiance , people and food. However, the lady who was serving us today, she wears specs/glasses for the reference. She was pissed off for some reason. Firstly, she told my two year-old daughter that she can’t stand on the table and Told that it’s not cool-
it’s none of your business lady.
Secondly, I requested her to bring a highchair she ignored and then I said ‘excuse me’ then she said I heard you and slammed the chair on the other side of the table, and my daughter was on the other end of the table. If you are not able to serve customers with happy face, please don’t work in restaurant. Boston pizza is our favourite and please do not ruin it for us.
Everybody else at this location is nice. We have been coming here for more than three years and never had this issue before.

Got fettuccini alfredo takeout May 16th and while I was eating it I discovered multiple pieces of plastic within my pasta. Absolutely disgusted by the quality and the standards need to be raised. What if a child chocked on this? I was lucky to not have swallowed them myself. Do better.

I didn’t take any pictures, but I want to give a shout out to Boston Pizza in Tillsonburg. Some Co Workers wanted to get together and the service from Chris & Erika was spectacular! They were bouncing off each other and keeping tables flowing with their orders and even brought us a couple pitures of pop just so we didn’t have to keep asking for refills, but that didn’t deter them from checking in about 3/4 times through an hour and a half window! As much as I’ve never been a fan personally of Boston pizza due to price/portion, it definitely helps change my perspective towards them!

The service from our waiter Dallas was nothing short of exceptional! We were a table of 7 with 4 kids, and he seamlessly took all orders by memory, and was attentive throughout the meal. My profession is centred around teams delivering great customer service, and it was evident to me from start to finish that the entire wait staff here is dedicated to delivering the highest levels of service.

Do not come to this place. The tenders are not nice. Terrible place to bring your kid. Spend your money elsewhere. Go to another establishment. Thank me later... Boston pizza Brantford great. Boston pizza anywhere, awesome.. Boston pizza Tillsonburg, bad.... Its unfortunate. How did this happen....Hire better people...

Ordered takeout as I had a gift card and taking food home for kids and was very disappointed with quantities….box of fries half filled, 7 cheese tortellini barely anything in it, Caesar salad was extremely small….Ordered 1 app as combo, Boston Brute sandwich and tortellini and cost me 66 dollars….for that price and what I ordered there should’ve been a lot more food…..made it that I can’t afford to go out anymore especially going to Boston Pizza in St Thomas
