We had a long wait for our food, but it was made all the better by a sweet, kind, and caring employee, named Teresa. She was very thoughtful of our order, and when we were distraught over our poutine missing the extra gravy we ordered for, she was quick to let us know that it was incorrect and gave us another poutine to make up for it. Thank you so much Teresa!!

Such a bad experience after long day at work. Arrived at 11:35 pm on Monday april 22. First I waited like 5 minutes at the speaker while the workers were talking to people in a blue car and laughing , carrying on. Finally I kept saying hello and they answered me. When I got to the window they were all laughing inside and acting very immature. Not happy at all. Not good customer service skills, doesn’t matter what time people come you shouldn’t act like your having a party inside.

Hi Burger King opens till 12 pm and when I came and ordered at Burger King at 11:20 which is 40 mins before close tills burgs I got.
