Went yo dq and got 2 med turtle blizzards (over 20.00) asked for one to have extra caramel sauce ( girl said there already was caramel in it) and one to have cold fudge sauce in it as well. paid the extra. Drove home to delhi opened the lids and neither one had caramel nor fudge.... would have went back but it's 20 mins away.did not call because they were closed

If I could leave a lower rating, I would. They keep spilling barbecue sauce on my car, it is permanently stained now because they didn't address it when it happened and I found it a day later. Now I have to get my car detailed. They wouldn't connect me with any manager or any service at all. Did not take accountability. DID NOT APOLOGIZE. Why couldn't you knock on the door and let me know what happened? Why couldn't you say sorry. You don't have a vehicle nor pay for one, yet you think it's okay to damage mine. A bill will be sent with the total cost for repairs since literally all I needed was a sorry and accountability. But no, I find it a day later and now there's permanent damage that you will be paying for. I cannot believe this is how I was treated. Absolutely disturbing behavior from your employees. I will never support this business again. Clearly this business isn't mature to handle situations professionally. Your staff are children who are not professionally trained. Why are you throwing heavy garbage bags over my car instead of walking around it. Those 5 extra steps was too much and you'd rather risk my $50,000 car because you're lazy. This is the most disrespectful and disgusting behavior I have ever received from a business who is at fault.

The staff here are great, they gave us what we were looking for, knew what they were talking about. I love their ice cream cakes, haven't tried the blizzard cakes yet, but I'll be coming back to try... maybe when the weather is warmer...

The Blizzards and ice cream cakes are all I buy here, so I can't speak for the hot food. Staff are friendly, although they often seem understaffed. Sometimes we have to wait a bit to have our order taken and then wait quite a bit to have our order filled. All the surfaces in the serving and dining areas are often sticky and messy, so we always get takeout.

They are so rude here! I ordered a french silk pie Blizzard and it came without the whipped cream so I said, is there whipped cream on this? And the girl goes, oh we are out. And in the background I hear another girl saying, oh come onnnnn it's whipped cream! At least just tell me they're out instead of trying to just give it to me without me noticing. I would have ordered something different completely! And they are SO SLOW it's unbelievable ?
My husband offered to get dairy queen...sure, why not! I immediately told him to get a brownie/oreo cupfection (google it) because I remembered how much I enjoyed it prior. When he got back (we live less than 5 mins away), I was initially shocked but then upset because what I got looked NOTHING like what I had received in the past. There was zero oreo pieces in it... what's the point of the oreo part? If it wasn't for it being 30 mins to closing, I personally would've went back to ask that it be remade. It literally looked like something they threw together. I've posted 2 photos, can you guess which one I received in the past as opposed to the one I wasn't happy with? Very disappointed, especially considering it's not a $5 dessert!

I do a mobile order for a friend and I. They were ready and packaged ready to go. Silly me, didn't check the order before I left. Both blizzards were similar with smarties but one had cookie dough. They were not marked and when we ate them, we had the opposite that we wanted. Oh yeah, we parked at a scenic location to eat them, but there were no spoons, so ended up going home to eat them and they were soft by then..... Not a good experience.
