If I could give negative stars I would! They close at 10pm and we showed up at 9:30pm. We went through the drive thru, sat for at least 5 min, no one greeted us or tried to take our order. We eventually drove up to the window where we were very unprofessional greeted. He greeted us with "what do you want?" We wanted some boneless chicken and his response was the kitchen is closed. Very disappointed and it seems like this location is run by some kids.

Had to wait at least 10 minutes before order was taken. had to wait for food, because didn't matter the order of ordering they were doing drive thru first, by time ( 20 minutes had past) I got food onion rings were cold and chicken strips were cold. Workers were more interested in gossiping with each other.

Just spent a frustrating half-hour in the drive-thru line, ordered two blizzards, only to arrive at the window and find five staff members moving super slow, prioritizing other orders while our blizzards sat melting by the window. It’s clear that this restaurant needs to implement a more efficient drive-thru system. For instance, the minivan ahead of us, ordering six blizzards, should have been directed to wait in a parking spot rather than holding up the line. While I understand a reasonable wait during busy periods, half an hour is excessive, especially when discovering that our order was ready and simply left to melt. The cashier even went and made another blizzard instead of serving us first, while our order sat there taunting us. Ultimately, we had to drive away; paying $17 for melted ice cream simply isn’t acceptable! Do better DQ!

Went through the drive thru, sat for a couple mins waiting for someone on the speaker.. no one. Drove up to window, didn’t even bother to come there either to inform me what’s the hold up. 2 employees I could see through window. So I went in, 2 girls working and both being pretty unprofessional. The one was showing the other something about her hand while I’m waiting there to take my order. The way she cleaned the mixer as well kind of unsanitary.. not usually the one to leave bad reviews but this was just an annoyance all together.
I don’t ever leave reviews but this is well needed , me partner & I stopped here after our nephews hockey game (we’re from out of town) to enjoy some food and dessert, food was incredible and those 2 young ladies worked so well for being busy , so friendly and welcoming ! These 2 young ladies made our night ! Great job girls keep it up the good work :)

Had burgers and fries. Decided to take it home to eat. The food was great. Our young server was pleasant, but the other worker freaked us out, and he had very bad work ethics.
