Awful customer service, went through drive thru and was told to pull forward, but there would be no room as there were multiple other cars waiting as well. A worker came out after 10 minutes and told me it would only be a few more minutes for my order, then waited 10 extra minutes and nothing. Also saw nobody else’s order come out in the meantime. Attempted going inside for a refund, but there were 3 families waiting inside to order and I needed to be somewhere, so I had to leave with no food or refund. The least the employees could do is tell customers if there was going to be a long wait before paying, so they are not stuck waiting.

Disappointed that I have to ask for fresh made burger and not a burger sitting in the warming tray. I had to ask for table to be cleaned. Empty tables not cleaned Food all over the floor. Service was good and friendly

I asked to make sure there is ketchup in the bag at the intercom and at the window. Was asked to pull up out front. Waited 10 minutes. Frings were piping hot, burger ice cold. Why is the burger freezing cold after waiting 10 minutes? And guess what? No ketchup in the bag! This isn’t rocket science, it’s burgers and fries! Anyone with half a brain cell should know that you eat fries with ketchup!!! Especially asking twice for it. Spent $15 and didn’t eat it! Wont be back!!

I have the biggest, goofiest smile on my face right now as I’m writing this. I’m currently on a dietary restriction because of inflammation and decided to go to Harvey’s as I really enjoy their food and I know their burgers have nothing in them that I can’t have, as I’m waiting for my burger, one of the employees (owner? Manager?, I unfortunately didn’t have time to look at the name tag) noticed that I brought in my own bun and offered to wrap it herself, taking my restrictions into account + acknowledging that she knew it was for a health reason, was patient with the ever crumbly-ness of gluten free burgers — such a small act of kindness but I have not stopped smiling since. This woman clearly understands dietary restrictions and is respectful to them.
I hope whoever this woman is reads this review, and just know that you’ve not only made me very happy but earned yourself a returning customer.
