Wife and I just went through the drive thru.Both hamburgers were burnt and cold,Fries were rubber. This happens frequently when we go .It will be scratched off our fast food list.Serving leftover lunch burgers at 4 pm.

My wife and I visited this location today, Sunday Feb.2, 2025. Waited at the cash register for 5 minutes to place our order. A female staff member from the Swiss Chalet side of the operation came over , looked at us, looked at register then turned around and took a pop cup before returning to Swiss Chalet. A male was checking off documentation on a clip board not 20 ft away ignoring us. A male at rhe rear of the Harves looked directly at us and ignored us. A female employee in thr cooking area looked at us and ignored us. We finally left in discust. I guess Swiss Chalet snd Harvey staff are unable to multi task and have no idea what customer service means. Always dine at Swiss Chalet and Harves but never again. Both chains have forgotten what customer service involves and for the rising cost of dinning at either chains you can get a better valued meal and a locally owned resturant now with proper servuce and valued as a customer.

Waited 35 minutes for one single poutine. My order was looked at multiple times but nothing done about it. Could have saved time and went to a sit down restaurant.

I am sick and tired of waiting 20 minutes for fast food. Every single time I go to harveys in tillsonburg I wait 20 plus minutes. I go to the one in stratford and service is immediate. I don't know what the excuse is but it's simply not acceptable. Get your shit together, this is fast food. If I wanted to wait 20 minutes I'd order Chinese and still have it sooner than you can make a damn burger.

I wouldn't say service was slow but when I walked in there I was a young man and by the time I walked out with my original Burger combo I was considering filing for my CPP.
And on top of it by the time I drove to 8 miles to get home the food was cold.
What a waste of time, money and a coupon.
Never again will I set foot in this location!!!
