KFC you sell chicken right? How is it always a wait? You pull customers out of drive and have them park. Instead of trying to fudge your window times just cook the chicken and have it ready. This store is more and more of a joke every time I come. I get you don’t want to waste product but stop wasting your customers time!

Absolutely terrible service. Ordered at 430 was told it would be ready by 5. 5 30 still waiting. 6 o'clock still waiting. Most incompetent staff I've ever seen. Absolutely no point in ordering ahead as Absolutely nothing is ever prepared. Will never return id rather drive to London it would be faster. Clearly this location is incapable of managing online orders

This place is brutal!! We ordered takeout for Father’s Day and when we got home part of our order was missing and the food we did get looked like it had been slam dunked into the bag. Your staff is systematically destroying your business.

Management sucks they only put two workers on shift during dinner rush well also having turtle fest going on nearby the workers are not at fault but I'd like to see Management get replaced here due to the fact we had to wait over 20 minutes just for our order to be taken because of the two rushing workers I feel horrible for them and hope the Management problems get fixed

Good vibes. Cashier told me there is daily sandwich deal for 5 dollars. So kudos to her. (didn't know about it.) The meal was pretty good as well. Would go again

Ordered a 20 piece meal last night and waited 30 mins for it to be ready an drove frok tillsonburg to ingersoll an when we got home opened it up an pretty sure there was more grease then there was chicken. It was so sloppy a wet the skin wouldn’t even stay on. Gravy was so runny and tasteless a fries were so old and cold not even the kids would eat them. Worst experience I’ve had at kfc in a long time. Won’t be back to tillsonburg location ever again. KFC has gone downhill terribly bad over the past years. Called to complain a was put on hold for 15 mins a then told they would call me back in 30 mins. Still waiting 45 later.
