First off, there is no personal service!
The chicken was not crunchy like I remember!
The batter was not cooked!
When i ask fir wings or white meat, I like to actually see a wing & the white meat separately!
I will not return, it also upset me all night!

I was in the drive-through late night Thursday night early Friday morning order the six piece. I had to wait in line understandably there is only one person working however, I thought it would be worth the wait when I got home with the six piece. I could barely recognize what cut of meat. The chicken they gave me was I’m still not sure and there’s no better words to describe it other than disgusting a total waste of my hard earned money. 40 bucks they owe me and an apology for packing the left overs into my order. It’s Sunday now my stomach is still rough. lesson learned absolutely disgusting. Do not eat food from here.

Chicken was soggy and filled with so much grease it pools in the bottom of the bucket the skin was soggy and falling off the Chicken in the bucket worst experience from a KFC ever. Manager could have cared less about the quality of the food. If you are looking for a good meal go somewhere else.

The Indian dude sitting on his phone at the front counter for half hour is not a good look, very repulsive. Also when I said thank you after I ordered he just turned around and ignored. He should be the one that says thank you to begin with for me spending my money there. In Canada, customer service is important. The other employees were very nice but then again they were Canadian.

Very bad food not cooked so oily chicken was just dripping with oil spent over 50 dollars for chicken bucket combo so disgusting had to throw it in the garbage couldn't even eat.
Change your gloves, change your gloves , change your damn gloves! I watched an employee touch her headset and then remove it to fiddle with settings then she went and made food , then take that food out to a customer waiting outside in the parking lot, then walk back in after touching the door handle make more food and hand it to a customer without even considering changing her gloves. This place is repulsive and the work ethic is non existent, you will not receive another dollar of my Money.

I got there chicken and fries 3 or 4 times and every time i was thinking may be it is the last time but Oh man 🤮🤮 their Fries were wayyy stale, old, weird, stinky (not fresh at all, i talked to their staff and she said we are getting this complaint every day) and chicken was watery. Chicken skin should be crunchy but it was watery and soggy. It was not crunchy and fried at allll. It says dark meat on the menu but they’ll give you some weird pieces not leg and thigh ever.

The rudest staff. Food quality is horrible. My chicken was raw. Manager just rolled her eyes at me and said there is nothing she can do since the chicken is on a timer?! Do they even work at this location? All staff just on the phones texting. No gloves worn while making food. Disgusting will not be back.

I opened my box meal to find mechanical grease in/on my food. The staff was really sweet about fixing it for me, they remade the food quickly and gave me a free dessert. This just really shouldn’t have happened to begin with. I don’t understand how you can see that and still hand out the food. It really made it hard to eat the replacement meal, I honestly couldn’t finish it with how grossed out it made me.
