We have been purchasing pizza and wings here for a few years now. Always raved about the Wings and how big they are, WERE the best around Our most recent order was a total disappointment. The wings were so tiny had barely any meat on them. Felt like there was barely anything in the boxes. No way was there a lb of wings per box!We were shocked. $82 for our order. A waste of money. We won’t be returning ever.

Generally picked pizza time for our wings because it felt like the best bang for your buck. BUT today was left extremely disappointed when we ordered and paid for 3lbs of wings. We got home only to realize they only gave us 2 lbs of wings. When we called the store giving them an opportunity to fix their error. Was left with multiple phone passes of can not offer anything or compensation “just how it is”. So unfortunately will no longer be choosing this place of business; poor customer service and quality.

Second time ordering here and second time being seriously disappointed. First time we ordered from their website and there was no place to add a tip for delivery. No prob, we had cash to tip their driver in person, like in the old days.But our order didn't arrive for well over an hour and they weren't answering the phone. It was snowing heavily that day, so we figured it was just really busy and they'd get to our order soon. What I didn't expect was when the order showed up, the food was ice cold, pizza was bland and had been way overcooked, the cauliflower crust pizza tasted like cardboard and the nachos were a soggy disgusting mess, after they had been sitting for so long, waiting for a Door Dash driver to pick up from the restaurant and deliver.The driver told us it was probably ignored because there was no tip added to the pick up order by the restaurant.We had no idea it was coming through an external delivery service , as we had paid a delivery fee on Pizza Time's website and assumed they had a driver, and had planned to tip their driver in person.We never did get any response when we called to address it, and I just decided to chalk it up to a bad night since they do get good reviews otherwise.So we finally gave them another try yesterday, and here I am since 5 AM feeling so sick, like I'm about to throw up, after last night eating their disgustingly oversauced and possibly undercooked chicken wings, and their cold, undercooked pizza with actual raw toppings that I removed/spit out.Not to mention that was the dirtiest debit machine and pop fridge I've seen in any restaurant here in Tilly. I should have walked out when I saw that. Absolutely never again!

It's good!!! My only complaint is that pizza dip is not an option on their doordash :(. Or else I would be more frequent customer.

Awfully disappointed, I ordered/ paid online as my son was going to pick up our order while he was out. When he picked up our order the cashier (who was so kind) handed him our order. Another employee yelled from the back that my son owed them $3 for extra sauce we ordered (which we did order but there was no option online to add them so we just asked in the notes). I don’t mind paying but he is young and didn’t have money on him so he felt extremely uncomfortable and didn’t want confirmation. The cashier spoke up and asked if we knew there was an additional charge, in which the other employee yelled “yes, obliviously”. Which wasn't true at that time. As much as the food is great the service displayed was extremely disappointing.

Underrated. Best wings in Tillsonburg. U8-10. Consistently fresh, jumbo, juicy and cooked to order. Many sauces. Great price. Fries supreme also top notch option.I usually call however found an online ordering option. Did due diligence for my first online order fiasco. Wonderful human being.Get the wings.

Best pizza and chicken wings in town.. they use top ingredients for the toppings and the chicken wings are enormous and they are not cheap on the sauce you gets LOTS. Also very friend staff. Also there prices on family deals and wings and pizza combos are a great price.
Their pizza and wings haven't disappointed us yet!
