Got a 20 pack of chicken nuggets and asked for habanero sauce with it. Also asked for one of every other kind of sauce. Was given 3 honey mustard, 2 barbeque and 4 honey packs??? If you simply can’t fulfill a request just say so instead of passive aggressively only giving someone the sauces people don’t want.

I tried ordering from kiosk so I can get a close-up of menu better. I chose pay at the counter. I didn't get a number printed out. it's just displayed. Others were going ahead of me in groups. Lady then checked the screen just to find out that I wanted to pay for my order that was repaired yet. I waited even longer for my order until they decided to bring it out, and that was my choice by saying something to an employee at th counter. Perhaps this was on purpose. That's how homeless people get treated.

If I could give this McDonalds zero stars I would every single time I order from here when I get my food it’s cold the fries are absolutely disgusting my burger has hard buns. Ever since they did their renovations this McDonald’s has been absolutely disgusting I order rootbeer everytime and EVERYTIME!! I get COKE!! I haven’t ordered from here in months and decided to today hopefully things changed and nope disgusting cold and hard. With the prices they want to charge for this food it’s pathetic. I will now actually never eat at this tillsonburg McDonalds ever again.
Update on the order I got today: I litterally took one bite and had to throw it out cause of how absolutely disgusting it was

I have been waiting 20minutes here while everyone else gets food. The order was not complicated chicken nuggets and fries. My coffee must be cold since that was the only thing they moved on right away

The guy at the drive through made me wait for 5 minutes then when I asked if he was going to take my order he proceeded to cuss me out and refused to take my order
Staff seemed aloof to what was going on, the entire time. Messed up my order, for the third time. Whiles fixing it, it took way to long for something as simple as it was, making a mcdouble with only ketchup, but they didn't bother making a new one they just wiped everything off of it and put ketchup on it. Every time I've been here there is a blonde boy working, looking in drink cups - I cannot possibly understand why or what he is doing. It is slightly concerning. I wish everyone working there was as competent as the order taker - very professional, clear, and accurate.
Kid-friendliness: It's McDonald's, of course it's kid friendly. Just not as friendly as it used to be when the Hamburglar and Grimace existed and there were indoor play grounds.

The new renovation has taken most of the seating out. We waited about 20 mins to get our order and they weren't even busy at the time. Will be going to another McDonald's.

The food was hot. My iced coffee was good.
Felt like I was an inconvenience when the self-serve kiosk didn't produce a ticket/confirmation and I went to the counter. The bathrooms were only surfaced cleaned; the toilets needed to be cleaned better, the fixtures dusted in the stalls, and the feminine hygiene basket emptied.
