My friend went here and it took forever to get her food, like 10 people got their food before her and they completely forgot about her order!! They really hurt her feelings, she almost cried. They then gave her an apple pie bc she was waiting so long. She’s allergic to apples🤦♀️ why couldn’t they ask?? Like be inclusive would ya?

I've been coming here ever since they had an air hockey table and video games. imo the most recent renovation is a huge downgrade. I now avoid going inside whenever possible. There's less seating. The spot where you wait for your food is a super awkward open area where there's nothing to lean on and you're in the way of both people entering the restaurant and people heading to the dining area. The aesthetic is dark and grungy. I've seen this style work in larger McDonald's with lots of natural lighting and space for seating, but at this location it's a feng shui nightmare.
Staff are great and food is great. No complaints there.

Worst McDonald’s I have ever been to and this is saying something considering I came from Montreal. I asked for fresh food and went twice and still gave me same hard cold fries. They are absolutely lazy. And when it’s busy the wait times for the drive thru are unreal. Every single time I’ve gone here I’ve been given attitude by the young girls working. And have had cold inedible food. Go anywhere else for takeout in Tillsonburg stay away from this location
