Lack of chicken and and all toppings and pita dough. Very clean atmosphere and generous staff however the 50$ of my 3 pitas had 4-6 thin strips of chicken on them surrounded with toppings.
In other words next to no protein ; in fact a kids burger for 2 dollars would provide more meat than pita pit. And I yet still continue to attend frequently being that I am in walking distance from my work lunch break.
Other than that everything is good besides the lack of of main source of the pita ; my case the chicken.
Thank you.

Honestly I use to work here. Just got a pita tonight (December 9th) worst pita I’ve actually ever had in my whole like. Last week had pita pit was awful as well. Your new stuff sucks honestly would rather go to McDonald. There’s so much onions in my pita it’s disgusting. Next to no meet honestly do better🤷🏻♀️

During the Santa Claus parade:
My husband bought two pitas, and two bottled drinks which totalled $38 with tax. The lid of my drink (iced tea) came off in my hand, and the bottle fell to the ground spilling nearly the entire contents. My husband went back to ask about getting a replacement, and the one and only employee working had to CALL THE OWNER to ask permission to replace a $2-3 drink. The owner flat out refused, but gave us a warm cup of town tap water. How courteous and charming.
So, keep my money instead of writing off that bottle of iced tea. I hope it's worth it, considering you've permanently lost our business among the business of many others whoaround us. Those who around us at the parade when this happened, also found your frugality utterly ridiculous and embarrassing. Needless to say, the ripple effect was felt by many of those fine folks. I'll gladly post this on the many social media platforms here in Tillsonburg and maybe that will be a wake up call. Enjoy my $3.

I was just in and purchased three large pitas, almost 42.00. My husband only eats romaine lettuce and green peppers with chicken and bacon on his. I asked if he could have more than a table soon of cheddar cheese, I was barked at ... not unless you pay extra. I understand they have policies and things are expensive. However, 40.00 later and I had to go home and add some cheese so you could taste it. I will not go back. I will spend my $40.00 elsewhere. This was a weekly event for us. Sorry you will lose my business.

The amount of chicken they give is so little that it feels like you’re being pranked and someone is behind a camera waiting to get your reaction. Except there is no camera and now you’re upset over the overpriced food you just paid for.

I don’t usually leave reviews. But I had to today and I hope it benefits the lady who made my pita. I went a few mins ago (5pm Dec 22 2024) and didn’t realize I was going to purchase the BEST PITA OF MY LIFE. Hope you get a raise!!!

Newer older women working who comes off like she hates her job, not overly polite.. I barely got any meat in my pita, I had to double take when she was putting it in the pita at how little was there- and also wouldn’t do half&half cheese? At every other location they do it but she rudely told me “no. Only one.” I didn’t want extra, just 1/2 & 1/2.. how hard is that?.. and all for $12. Disappointing

First time in a long time at pita pit. Ordered a pita with extra meat a rice bowl and Buffalo chicken pieces.
I asked for some veggies in the grill for the rice bowl.
The one lady who took our order was busy with other customers orders, a Second Lady helped start our orders.
She was very very skimpy on the toppings I had to ask on more than one occasion for more. She then got my meat and I asked where my cooked veggies were. She said oh sorry and than walked away. I watched her go over to the receipt by the grill read it, than she crumpled it and tossed it on the garbage.
The First Lady who took our order was finishing our pita came over and I asked if I got sauce with it as the First Lady never gave me any.
She was polite packed up our food and we went home.
As we were sitting down to eat we realized we had not got our chicken bites. We called the store they took down our name and offered us a free pita.
The next time we went into the store the same lady who took our order was there. She was very polite and got the order going right away. I ordered a rice bowl again and my child ordered a pita. I asked for extra meat this time , I was given a lot. Toppings were not skimpy and everything tasted great.
Photo is first order vs second order
Vegetarian options: They have falafel as an option and tuns of vegetables.

I'm newing town and love the Pita Pit I've gone to this Pita Pit a few times hoping it would get better but honestly it's the worst Pita Pit I've ever been to. The food isn't good like the other Pita pits an lol whatever you do don't order the extra large pita unless you're going to eat it as a salad nice people but they don't know how to make pitas like the other Pita pits.
We have been in 3 times and each time we hope it gets better but it just doesn’t. The pitas always fall apart the ingredients are sub par and while the staff is friendly they just don’t know how to make a pita.
Every time I try to come to this location there is 1 person working the entire store. This is no fault of the workers when a line of customers walk in and they can’t keep up with orders. Management needs to have 2 people at all times, as 1 person cannot take orders, make all the food and make smoothies on top of it all. I took my business elsewhere after waiting 25 minutes to not even have my order taken.
