I've been coming here at this location for 5 years now and they have always top shelf. My order is usually perfect but...tonight...they made my order wrong. I ordered a large pizza and they made something different. So to make things right..they made me 2 pizzas as a gift to say they were sorry for the mistake. That's customer service for yu. Go here for your pizza.

Seriously the worst pizza I have ever had, pizza is a rare treat for us due to dietary restrictions and it ended up in the garbage, it was inedible. The young man behind the counter was great, however a cheese lovers pizza should have cheese on it especially when extra cheese was paid for. It was also burned to a crisp. First time at Pizza Hutt Tillsonburg and the last.

I had a very disappointing experience at the Pizza Hut store in Tillsonburg today. I went in to order six pizzas, but the only employee available to take my order was on the phone. When I tried to approach another employee for help, the one on the phone rudely stated that she was the only one who could take orders, while the other employees just stood around without assisting.
I waited for almost 10 minutes, but the employee remained busy on the phone the entire time, showing no regard for the customers waiting in the store. Frustrated, I left and went to another place to get my pizzas.
If you can’t handle walk-in customers, perhaps you should focus solely on phone orders. This was by far the worst customer service experience I’ve ever had.

The Big New Yorker is an excellent pizza nice sweet marinara sauce perfect crunchy crust with slightly soft center both regular and cup pepperoni on TOP of cheesey mozzarella and topped with a healthy sprinkle of parmigiana mmmm ? definitely our new favorite

I am usually generous when i give reviews at food places as I appreciate the work that goes into the food, but this one was forced on me due to employee’s behaviour. I worked at a pizza store for 5 years about a decade ago and i know how things work.
We ordered a veggie lover pizza on the website and added additional Jalapeños on that by paying extra. My wife picked up the pizza and realized it was burnt when it arrived home. Looks like someone made regular veggie pizza and forgot to add Jalapeños on top of it. They ended up cooking complete pizza and realized they forgot to add Jalapeños. Employees then added Jalapeños on top of it and ran that through oven again, which burnt the pizza.
We went back to store and shown that to employee. She looked at pizza and never apologized for the burnt pizza. Totally unprofessional, will never order Pizza Hut again. Pizza Hut, you lost a 6 year old customer!

While visiting family, we krdered a pizza, wings and salad for delivery. When it got here, the salad was mostly rotten. Called the restaurant and was told you can get a store credit or a new salad... Except we had to go get the salad ourselves. No refunds. No sending it out for delivery (given that's how it was received in the first place). My dad went to go get the new salad, and IT was ALSO rotten. Really disappointing.
