Terrible pizza, crust taste like cardboard and I’m not sure if the cheese could even be called cheese, it all had as much flavour as cardboard, for $40 plus for 2 large pizzas I expected better, any other pizza place in Tillsonburg is a better option, I’m not trying to be mean but we should demand better quality for the prices we are charged.

Ordered food at 5 o’clock. Wasn’t ready until 6:45. Nearly two hours to make some pizza and wings??? Completely unacceptable. And to not even offer a discount or throw in something extra, after we waited that long, is ridiculously poor customer service. And after all the wait, the food was sub par at best. The Stromboli tasted rancid. Everything else was well below average. 100% not worth the $70 bill. Will never go here again.

Went in to order a few pizzas and I was greeted by a friendly worker with a warm smile. The customer service was amazing. I would definitely say they have the best pizza in town! The pizzas were tasty, flavourful, and cooked to perfection. If you’re looking for a good quality pizza this place is a must-visit.

If you have celiac disease, do not order food from this pizza pizza. Although it says gluten free, the staff does not follow protocol and will deep fry it with everything else and be neglectful. They are required to oven bake it and it says that on the official website. Apparently, they don't follow the same protocol as EVERY other pizza pizza I've been to. Came back there to tell them that I can't eat it and now will have an extreme allergic reaction, and the guy was treating me like I was lying and being so disrespectful. Went out to my car and he was still watching me through the window like a weirdo. Don't know if he was waiting to see when my allergic reaction was going to start ??? I can get hospitalized if I eat gluten. Spent a couple days in extreme pain, throwing up and wasn't able to go to work. His whole attitude was demeaning and I will never order from here again to save myself from potentially going to the hospital. Don't think that they have any rules or regulations here.
