Excellent service, the food is always fresh. I get the steak and cheese, I get it so often I don't have to say anything but "my usual. please" They always make me feel special when I walk through the door. Thank you for the top notch service!

Well they can make a sub slowly well talking another language to there co-worker and focus more on their conversation then making your sub . Find they don't like to put near as many toppings on as other subways maybe 1/2 the amount as others and you ask for more and get a pinch (it's a sub not a sandwich for 7 year old). I'm done with both subways in Tillsonburg both have gone down hill over the last few years and this last visit was over top ridiculous .

Don’t eat here. Don’t support them. They will steal your money and not honor coupons. And head office will not back you up. This new place is a disgrace to Tillsonburg and so are the new owners. DO NOT SHOP HERE

Ordered online last night and went in 15 minutes after ordering they said they didn’t receive our order yet and to go check the other subway on simcoe street so we went there and they didn’t receive our order yet even though I had a confirmation email the guy on simcoe street said I would get a refund within 48 hours, got a call almost an hour later from broadway subway saying that our order is made and has been waiting for us and I told them we don’t want it anymore and want a refund as we went to both subways and none of them had our orders. I was told I’d be contacted by the manager the next day. Got a call from the manager, said he cannot refund me and kept bugging for us to come get our subs re-made I said no I want a refund I don’t want a sub anymore. Manager was super rude, he told me it was all our fault that they didn’t get the order and said they have tv footage of us?? Which makes no sense. They were absolutely rude and hung up on us.

Very cheap and unwelcoming service i am getting despite of being a daily customer.There is one guy mostly in day really has very rude attitude who always judge customers for price.He always try to save topping’s by putting less as well as skipping the toppings.He even dont allow us stay in front of make line for own food order.I think that guy is manager over there..I can understand that only manager will go cheap on toppings because they will get incentives from owner for saving inventory.
If someone is paying , he should be treated well.
Never going to order again ….
