Excellent service, the food is always fresh. I get the steak and cheese, I get it so often I don't have to say anything but "my usual. please" They always make me feel special when I walk through the door. Thank you for the top notch service!
Today I got a sub here. And I have gotten sub from here once and the experience was amazing. The second time I’m here. The person who was doing my sub was amazing and nice but there was a lady and one other guy idk if she was supervising or something. But she was yelling at a trainee for doing something wrong and made me uncomfortable and there was another costumer as well as not just me hearing this and I was so close to saying something because it’s not right to yell at...
Food is good. The employees are clearly unhappy though. I put in mobile orders and despite always asking for my bread to be toasted, it never is. I get two subs and today I asked for a bag and the employee looked at me like I was asking for his spleen. He just made me feel like I was an inconvenience to his day and also didn't make my order the way I asked. I'll probably avoid this location in the future as this is not the first time.
