I ordered Swiss Chalet for takeout and Alanna gave me my food. She was very friendly throughout the entire interaction and she made sure everything was in my bag. My food was delicious and I will for sure be ordering from Swiss Chalet again!

Almost all the tables were dirty.. didnt get forks and knives until the app came... took 10 mins before we got asked for drinks.. waitress fired the food too early and we got all of it together.. chicken looked like it had been through war... if this is standard here ill just go to woodstock

Our server Rachel went over and above to make our dining experience more enjoyable. She is very kind and very attentive to details. She kept the all you can eat ribs coming before I was done with the ones in front of me. She stopped to ask how our meals were and asked if she could get anything else for us. She immediately brought back more serviettes, lemon water bowls for sticky fingers, etc. Be sure to ask for Rachel to be your server.

We always enjoy our dining experiences at Swiss chalet in Tillsonburg. The service is always fast and friendly, and our meals have always been great. Tonight our server was Alicia and she was very attentive. My husband opted for the chicken Parmesan with Alfredo pesto sauce. He gave it two thumbs up!

We have regularly come to this location every 1-2 weeks for the last 8 ish months. Over the past month the service has become some of the worst I have ever experienced. Tonight the food and service took and even worse turn 1- not informed that there wasnt any white meat until well after seated 2- sat for 8-10 minutes before even being asked if we wanted anything 3- waited 40 minutes for food 4 - food arrived dry and salad wilted 5- no cutlery - went and self served that piece. I am beyond disappointed and very hungry as I chose not to eat the food served. Sorry folks I am not one who normally complains but this time it had to be done. This is a thriving business and should do better before it’s not.

Great Service from this Swiss chalet, chicken was perfectly cooked and the fall off the bone ribs were so yummy! Service was fast and I received my takeout order within minutes. Wonderful!

We have been to Swiss chalet so many times and this location it was the first time that when we asked for extra Swiss chalet sauce we actually got it without having to ask for it again the server we had was amazing and we really appreciate that she was on top of everything today.

Ordered take out for curb side, waited for an 40 mins and I went in and it was sitting under heat lamp the whole time. This is during lunch hour when it was not busy, she said she did not see it Come up on her screen not very happy.
