Chicken and sauce was great, but the cranberry sauce was canned and the dressing was only OK. Probably won’t bother with the Festive meal again. This was a takeout order, so many of the other questions don’t apply.

Ordered from tillsonburg last night with the app, which had said about 15 mins wait, went to pick it up and waited there almost 50 mins for my order, which is OK, l know they are busy and maybe understaffed, but getting the order home, some things were missing and the worst was, the chicken was very under cooked, too the point of being very red, not sure if l will be going to this location anymore

Seems like the staff has given up a bit maybe from being under staffed or overworked... there was only one friendly staff member and unfortunately she wasn't serving us. Everyone else acted like it was a burden to do their job. My family went it and it was supposed to be a kids eat free but we were charged for the kids meal anyways. Never got a booster seat and had to wait excessively long for basic things. Pretty disappointing.
