Slowest drive thru ever, order was missing an item, no condiments, food was cold by the time we got the missing item. Staff doesn't care. Things have really gone downhill since they let Sue go.
I'm sorry, I don't care how good your food is...waiting an HOUR from the time I entered the drive thru line to the time I received my order is completely unacceptable! Not quite sure how you call yourself a 'fast food' restaurant with an hour of wait time. I'm going elsewhere if that's the standard...some of us don't have all night to wait for our food! Pathetic! 😡🤬
Slow service to begin with, and I ordered the cheesy gordita crunch and they failed to ask if I wanted chicken or beef taco, but they assumed chicken.
