Why can't one order come right! First I had to send my fiance in for the taco that was missing, get home and my Natcho Supreme is a fries Supreme! Is no eating that. That happened last time I was there also! My fiance wanted chicken and would have been a ridiculous 20 min wait. As well I did not receive my receipt. 6:30 pm July 11 2025. Get your act together

I got Taco Bell last night, first time at this location, I will NOT be back. I ordered a Pepsi, steak and queso crunch wrap, and a chicken quesadilla. I got the drink and they asked me to pull ahead that was that 5:47 PM according to my bank timestamp. An employee was running food out to the cars, every time he went by he was looking for the right vehicle to drop food to. I seen several times that he handed food to people, he would walk away, and they would call him back and say it wasn’t their order, so he would go to the next car and try to give them the food. I seen one bag go into three cars which had three different peoples hands on it and then he finally just took the food into the parking lot. I couldn’t see what happened to it from there by 6:15 he walked by and I told him that I would just like my money back. I couldn’t wait any longer for the food, he told me that he couldn’t give me my money back and he would be out in just a minute with my food. He went back in hot food brought it out to me and it was my order so I said thank you and asked why it took so long because at this point it was 630 he said they were terribly understaffed. I drove away and pulled out the steak and queso crunch wrap and it was so cold, but I was not going back to get it fixed because at that point I had spent 45 minutes sitting there waiting for food. I then stopped at Wendy’s, grabbed a chicken burger, which was hot and fresh, and drove home. Very disappointed.

Do not go here I got food cold food cold fries the pop was warmer than the food and they had no ice I said something to the manager and she started swearing at me I love that I go somewhere spend $40 just to get robbed this place should be closed down permanently

Waited in the drive through for 40 mins. The poor guy in front of me only ordered a sprite and a fry and waited over an hour stuck in this line. Got no apology for waiting for so long

Came here Sunday night, with some really bad cravings and was so excited to eat Taco Bell after a long while! First off, this location is the NASTIEST KFC/ Taco Bell I have ever seen! Cheese was spilt all over the floor, dirty food smushed all over the floor, the girls back there did NOT know what they were doing or how to make tacos. Me and my Boyfriends tacos barely had any meat on them! Wtf it’s a taco? LOL! My soft taco was like raw and tasted like dough! It was disappointing and gross to say the least. He instantly didn’t feel well in his tummy, and the next morning I woke up with food poisoning. I couldn’t stop throwing up and my stomach was killing me all day. We spent $50 and want a full refund or we’re thinking of suing. This is pathetic with the amount of money you spend on food now a days. Not to mention im pregnant and that’s unsafe!!!

Food was same old, same old but with so much negativity that’s always quick to be shared, I wanted to provide some positive feedback. My husband, son and I were thankful for your awesome service! Went in and waited for over 10min at the counter. Ended up leaving after the 10 min and did not even have one person speak to us. Worst place ever will never waste my time going back. Can't answer any of the questions because apparently they do not like to serve ppl.
