Do not go here I got food cold food cold fries the pop was warmer than the food and they had no ice I said something to the manager and she started swearing at me I love that I go somewhere spend $40 just to get robbed this place should be closed down permanently

Came here Sunday night, with some really bad cravings and was so excited to eat Taco Bell after a long while! First off, this location is the NASTIEST KFC/ Taco Bell I have ever seen! Cheese was spilt all over the floor, dirty food smushed all over the floor, the girls back there did NOT know what they were doing or how to make tacos. Me and my Boyfriends tacos barely had any meat on them! Wtf it’s a taco? LOL! My soft taco was like raw and tasted like dough! It was disappointing and gross to say the least. He instantly didn’t feel well in his tummy, and the next morning I woke up with food poisoning. I couldn’t stop throwing up and my stomach was killing me all day. We spent $50 and want a full refund or we’re thinking of suing. This is pathetic with the amount of money you spend on food now a days. Not to mention im pregnant and that’s unsafe!!!

Food was same old, same old but with so much negativity that’s always quick to be shared, I wanted to provide some positive feedback. My husband, son and I were thankful for your awesome service! Went in and waited for over 10min at the counter. Ended up leaving after the 10 min and did not even have one person speak to us. Worst place ever will never waste my time going back. Can't answer any of the questions because apparently they do not like to serve ppl.

Food takes an absolutely unnecessary amount of time to be served every time. Once waited in the drive thru for 40 minutes just to get a macaroni salad.
Gets the job done, and that's about it. We always knew it wasn't high-quality food, but with how little meat they put on everything and how much they charge; I barely ever go now.

We waited 30 minutes to receive the wrong order. Another customer waited an hour. We asked for a refund as the wait time was ridiculous and were told no and to wait 10 more minutes. People in the drive thru were waiting well over 30 minutes. While waiting we ordered 2 cans of pop that cost over $6.00?♀️ The young girl working the counter was the only pleasant experience as she remained calm and polite. The woman preparing the food was giving me dirty looks when I told the young girl at the counter that I felt sorry for her for having to apologize to so many customers. I have tried this location over a year ago with long wait times and filthy dining area. Nothing has changed. How this location is still open is a miracle!

Absolute worse customer service! Made drive thru customers sit in line for over 30 mins. You were stuck there even if you didn't want to wait. The girl worker gave me attitude when I called to ask them to have paying customers sit off to the side so others can get out Sat there for 40 mins
