I cannot believe how small my tacos were. There was next to nothing of ingredients on any of my food. This is the last time. Repeatedly, I have been disappointed by the quality and quantity. Definitely will never eat at Taco Bells again.

I am very disappointed in the experience I had at Tillsonburg Taco Bell. We waited 40 minutes for food. One person was cooking while 2 others ran around. My order sat on the counter for 10 minutes while they gave orders to other people. I had to ask if that was my order sitting there, or else I would have still been standing there. On top of that, my order was wrong. We ordered 2 combo ones and a combo 3. We got 3 combo ones… 35$ for cold and wrong food. I will never go back. I am not one to usually fill these out, but seriously…horrible. And my fries supreme was missing ingredients.

Why can't one order come right! First I had to send my fiance in for the taco that was missing, get home and my Natcho Supreme is a fries Supreme! Is no eating that. That happened last time I was there also! My fiance wanted chicken and would have been a ridiculous 20 min wait. As well I did not receive my receipt. 6:30 pm July 11 2025. Get your act together
I got Taco Bell last night, first time at this location, I will NOT be back. I ordered a Pepsi, steak and queso crunch wrap, and a chicken quesadilla. I got the drink and they asked me to pull ahead that was that 5:47 PM according to my bank timestamp. An employee was running food out to the cars, every time he went by he was looking for the right vehicle to drop food to. I seen several times that he handed food to people, he would walk away, and they would call him back and say it wasn’t their order, so he would go to the next car and try to give them the food. I seen one bag go into three cars which had three different peoples hands on it and then he finally just took the food into the parking lot. I couldn’t see what happened to it from there by 6:15 he walked by and I told him that I would just like my money back. I couldn’t wait any longer for the food, he told me that he couldn’t give me my money back and he would be out in just a minute with my food. He went back in hot food brought it out to me and it was my order so I said thank you and asked why it took so long because at this point it was 630 he said they were terribly understaffed. I drove away and pulled out the steak and queso crunch wrap and it was so cold, but I was not going back to get it fixed because at that point I had spent 45 minutes sitting there waiting for food. I then stopped at Wendy’s, grabbed a chicken burger, which was hot and fresh, and drove home. Very disappointed.

Do not go here I got food cold food cold fries the pop was warmer than the food and they had no ice I said something to the manager and she started swearing at me I love that I go somewhere spend $40 just to get robbed this place should be closed down permanently
