They usually have coffee in stock, and that's it. You'd think an everything bagel is something impossible to run out of, such a staple food, almost as important as the coffee, but yet, they are out at least half the time. Been this way for years, and I finally give up. I just can't bother coming back. You literally don't have your shelves stocked. You lost an everyday customer. I won't bother stopping by anymore. I got the message loud and clear.

Nasty container on counter where they serve our drinks and food on top of it
Ordered delivery on Saturday Oct 12, 2024. Chocolate chip muffin missing, 3 of the bagels were not sesame seed like I ordered and my iced vanilla latte did not have any coffee/espresso in it and looks nothing like advertised. Thought about calling the store but why bother? Hoping corporate will do something about it this time as I'm getting tired of giving away my money.

I went in and ordered a DOZEN donuts . When I got to my car I noticed only NINE. I went back in to get the rest of my order. I asked the teen if she could count .She replied yes .I asked why i only received NINE instead of a DOZEN. They didn't fit in the box was her reply. Why didnt you offer me them in a bag was my question. Nothing. Finally an honest teen was able to give me a complete DOZEN. As I was leaving I told the crooked teen that her colleague was able to fit a DOZEN . NEVER AGAIN STARBUCKS GETS MY MONEY FROM NOW ON
