I came in from out of town, the people are so nice, and so local, what a great atmosphere the way Timmy's should be. I haven't been in a TH for over a year, this helped bring back the love.

Always fast! Great customer service & they hold your items for you if you drive off without them! ( kept warm or made fresh of course ). Staff is always friendly. I’ve noticed the bathrooms are well kept as well! Would definitely make this my main Tim Hortons :)

Ordered 2 loaded wraps and the gave me 2 chicken wraps no lettuce and I ordered 2 double double and got 2 black coffees like they don't know how to make your order

Great coffee - bring back Oshaen she was the best.
Was told I could walk to the drive thru window because I'm a regular and they close their doors at 10 and their drive thru at 11, and I always get off work at 10 and show up around 1020. It was pouring rain. I was soaked and figured atleast ill get my timmies. I was told I needed a vehicle to order, sorry! Unfortunately, that's my only coffee option after work. It was great for 6 years, having it so perfectly convenient on my way home a great routine. It really sucked being told one thing, and then someone else denied me on such a terrible day. If Im allowed to, I'd like to keep going, but until everyone is on the same page and won't nicley tell me to go away, I won't be trying it anymore.

I ordered 3 medium ice Capps and before they made them i wanted it changed to larges I was told that it wasn't possible then when I received my ice Capps they weren't full I'm not happy with the service since I have to pay $5 per ice capp
