Worst Tim Hortons I have ever been to where the employees forget they are working in the service industry refusing to make sandwiches because they want to go to the bathroom it's ridiculous

You'd think the owner would utilize the 2 tills inside , but every morning the line is to the door and only 1 person taking orders , what was the point in renovating the store and keeping a second till when it is never used
