For the last few years, I've been driving thru almost everyday. I can get my bagel maybe half the time, as they are ALWAYS out of bagels and the staple foods of this franchise. So I have to drive all the way across town, where they are NEVER out. This manager should be fired. I've been very patient, but I will start just going across town every day from now on. One of the few remaining Tim Horton's restaurants that is still operated by true Canadian, that cherishes Canadian values and culture and is ran in that classic Canadian atmosphere that many of us grew up with going to hockey arenas, soccer or any other events. We make this Tim Horton's as our daily morning start to our day, the staff is always smiling and joking, service is second to none, and we feel at home.

This location is super nice. I love the look it has, very clean & modern. I love the hockey sticks on the door & the Christmas tree in the store for the holiday spirit!!
Dietary restrictions: It would be nice to have a breakfast option that has only egg whites. My breakfast options are limited since only egg whites are not currently an option
The remodel of the store is gorgeous, we love the new look. However the new store layout is awful for customer service. The staff seem to not know what they are doing and in the attempt to make things flow, they have just made things worse. There is no direction and the store is backed up all the time. We have decided to go to the other store in town as they are not as confused as this store.
The server with a pink hair does not have a CUSTOMER SERVICE AT ALL! I was at the drive thru yesterday, took my money, gave my change without saying anything. Looked like she was in a bad mood. Same thing today, went in with 2 kids, ordered, she expedited my order, without saying anything. No THANK YOU.. HAVE A GOOD DAY. I think somebody needs a good training here!!!!

Nice place to bide my time while waiting for my wife's appointment to finish. Quick and friendly service. Clean tables. Bright and airy with a good space between tables, plus plugs for chargers and laptop power supplies. Oh, and a good cup of coffee, large and yummy apple fritter & honey cruller.
