Wondering if the staff at your Broadway Street location in Tillsonburg, Ontario know that an unsweetened iced latte with almond milk actually has espresso in it and not watered down coffee. Getting tired of giving my money to this location and then pouring my drink down the drain! ***I'd love to be able to use the customer care portal on the app but it will not submit!

Usually, it's the odd coffee that is just off or burnt, but today was bad. I paid the extra $ for whipped cream in my coffee mocha and none was added but they made sure to leave the space for it :/ I ended up throwing it out as it tasted old. My partner's coffee also was thrown out as it tasted old.

All the time when we go there they are always out of anything and the funny part is that they said we are not making ice coffee because it hot outside 🤣🤣🤣🤣 anyways we have placed order online so if its out of stock they should put that in the app as well. Everytime they said we are closing soon thats why . I mean not always . Disgusting service.

I lost count of how many times I have come here to buy an item that has slow cooked chicken and the employee checks that they have the ingredients to make it, takes payment, makes me wait, then tells me they don’t actually have the chicken. If you don’t have this at any time of the day, either take it off the menu or stop telling me that you have it? The people are mostly nice enough but I’m not asking for much here..

For the last few years, I've been driving thru almost everyday. I can get my bagel maybe half the time, as they are ALWAYS out of bagels and the staple foods of this franchise. So I have to drive all the way across town, where they are NEVER out. This manager should be fired. I've been very patient, but I will start just going across town every day from now on. Bad business. Edit: Nice reply. I said the last few years..not my "latest visit". Nice damage control. You only make it worse.
One of the few remaining Tim Horton's restaurants that is still operated by true Canadian, that cherishes Canadian values and culture and is ran in that classic Canadian atmosphere that many of us grew up with going to hockey arenas, soccer or any other events. We make this Tim Horton's as our daily morning start to our day, the staff is always smiling and joking, service is second to none, and we feel at home.

This location is super nice. I love the look it has, very clean & modern. I love the hockey sticks on the door & the Christmas tree in the store for the holiday spirit!!
Dietary restrictions: It would be nice to have a breakfast option that has only egg whites. My breakfast options are limited since only egg whites are not currently an option
