This was the bacon portobello mushroom melt I received and was told they followed the portions. This is nothing like the picture in the ads and store. They remade me one and it was close to what I should have got. If they are serving the burger in the picture I supplied to customers then they are ripping off the customer. Also the fries were cold they through them and the ones in there bin out and remade them. They shouldn’t have been served in the first place that means all the drive through customers were getting cold fries.

Went in to get lunch, but the bathroom was SO DISGUSTING! There was no lock on the stall door, the walls and sink were grimy, and it looked like the washroom had only received the bare minimum of cleaning over the course of several years. I’d never been to a Tim Horton’s/Wendy’s location anywhere in Canada that looked like that. Far below the standard for the two brands. I skipped eating there, figuring the kitchen was probably in the same state. I mentioned it to the staff and they just shrugged it off.

Avoid this location - takes 20-30min in drive thru and order is always messed up. I think it's new management and they obviously have no clue how to run a business. He blames staff, product availability and anything else except him!
