Nutrition menu on their useless website wouldn't work and all I could get was an incredibly rude response saying they couldn't advise me and what in the is in their food. Absolutely ridiculous, will not try to come here again. I'll stick to mcdonalds! Sounds like it's best that I do considering the reviews for this location.

Just standing there not doing anything at all at counter, there was at least 4-6 people in line waiting for their order to be taken and all employees were standing around just looking at counter.

I went through the drive thru, was literally the only car in the drive thru and they asked me to pull up front...I don't really understand that reasoning but anyway, I did but there was someone already parked in front, 3 minutes later I see them running around like a chicken without a head because someone else is parked out front, I'm just off to the side a little as close to the front as possible but they're running around like they couldn't find me, after about 5 minutes they finally figured out I was off to the side. Food was cold.

Vegetarian options: i only eat mushrooms so finding a restraint that accommodates this is hard, maddy picked off all the condiments off my mushroom burger with her bare hands! i even let her eat a pickle! my good for nothing kids hate pickles! i wish maddy was my kid!
Dietary restrictions: i only eat fish so it’s hard to find a restaurant that will accommodate that, maddy picked all the bones out of my mushroom burger for me.
Parking: parking sucked! no places to park! maddy moved her motorbike so i could park in the weelechair allowed parking!
Kid-friendliness: my kids loved the short girl i think her name is maddy, not sure though! she was very friendly and accommodating, she wheeled me up the steps when my good for nothing kids didn’t want to.

I am in agreement with previous reviewers: the Tillsonburg Wendy's on Simcoe St. is disgusting. The restaurant is so dirty & unhygienic. This is my first time there & maybe my last. My companion & I sat in comfy chairs by the fake fireplace which was a lovely sitting area but the floor was dirty & So-O-O sticky, our shoes stuck to the floor. The tables were sticky. The pop machine area was dirty & sticky with spilled pop & stains on the countertop. Instead of mopping up spills on the floor, the staff simply put a WET FLOOR cone nearby & left the mess. Even after I complimented a staff member on their service & informed them of the sticky, disgusting messes, nothing was done.
Finally we moved to the Tim Hortons side because we couldn't stand adhering to the floor any longer. It was cleaner there.
The bathrooms were marginally better. I used the family washroom. The floor was sticky (surprise, surprise!). The toilet was dirty with stains in the bowl & on the outside. I felt dirtier after using the washroom than before using it.
The staff provided good customer service. Some of them could do with exercising their face muscles more often --- by smiling. However, they were pleasant enough, prepared my order efficiently & attended to my needs. When I complimented a WAYNE'S WORLD GARTH lookalike (minus the glasses), he responded with words of gratitude.
I was somewhat disappointed that staff did not offer to help me bring my food to the table. I am a disabled senior who uses a walker for mobility. Example, I was directed to the drink station for supplies but the staff member did provide them for me when I asked
If only this location would spend more time on hygiene & cleanliness, the restaurant would be great. It seems like this has been going on for a long time, judging by the comments here. My next step might be to contact Public Health as this is perhaps a food industry health code violation.
PEOPLE TAKE PRIDE IN YOUR WORK PLACE!!! A messy place reflects poorly on the location, yourselves & the franchise . Plus if the FOH (front of house) is so filthy, what is the food prep area like? Is it just as unhygienic????Will I become sick???

Automatic door openers at entrances & washroom. Disabled Washroom available with auto entrance. It's large but the toilet is old & low. There isn't a raised seat. The washroom was dirty as per the rest of the store. There were grab bars, however.
Only two accessible parking spaces in a location shared with Tim Hortons. Of course they were in use at the time.

Every week I go here on Sunday night and get rushed out of the drive thru with nothing but drinks and "pull forward". Ten minutes later after our frosties are melted they throw our food in the window and run off. This week missing fries, last week wrong burgers etc. Make sure you check your meals.

This recent experience I had at Wendy’s was not good. The service was pretty bad, some meals were missed from our order, and the drinks were all messed up. The food that we got wasn’t very good and I’m pretty sure my brother had some raw French fries ? the washrooms were dirty as well. Hopefully this Wendy’s gets better and I can return soon.
