Worst ever experience at wild wing I don’t want to put it here but, They need training of how Hospitality industry works I was waiting for my online pickup at front of their counter the staff was there, they didn’t even say Hii to me, I was waiting there for almost 13 minutes and no response from any staff. Their faces were like someone forcing them to do work but they didn’t want to do it. Working in a restaurant is not only like you have to take order give food to customers, But you have to wear smile and greet everyone who comes to your restaurant, I know sometime you don’t have time but ask the person what he wants. I don’t put negative reviews but this sadly I have to.

We went tonight in a large group of 24. The owners were absolutely fantastic, super friendly and very accommodating. They kept our orders and bills accurate and very well organized. Our daughter was celebrating her 19th birthday and they made it very special and memorable for her. We can’t thank them enough for their kindness and patience with our large group. Definitely will continue to support the new owners and this business. The food & drinks were amazing as usual!

We stopped in for a drink and a bite to eat as every other restaurant in town was bursting at the seams. We soon realized why this one wasn’t. Food was ok..atmosphere ok but I wouldn’t call the staff over achievers.

We got seated and after waiting almost 40 minutes for at least order drinks we got up and left, not to mention that 2 groups of people came in after us and got their orders taken first, on our way out one of the waitresses asked if somebody took our order I said nope and she didn’t even apologize, I’ve been there before and always has been but this “new crew” I’ve never seen before very disappointed, we went and spend our money somewhere else were we were not ignored!

Terrible Service, Never Returning to This Location
We’ve been loyal customers of Wild Wing for a long time, but after our experience yesterday at this location, we will never be returning. My fiancé and I went in for dinner and drinks — planning to enjoy wings, a Long Island Iced Tea for me, and a pitcher of beer for him (to share). The waitress was extremely rude from the start.
When my fiancé tried to order the pitcher of beer, she cut him off mid-sentence and flat-out denied him service without even hearing that we planned to share it. I explained that I wasn’t driving, and we both intended to share the pitcher, but she hesitated, gave us attitude, then walked away. A few minutes later, she returned and blatantly lied to us, saying that all their kegs were down, even though we could clearly see someone at the bar drinking a pint of beer.
It was such an uncomfortable and disrespectful experience, and we left feeling unwelcome. We ended up going to the Ingersoll location instead, where the staff treated us like family. My Long Island Iced Tea at Ingersoll was twice the size, way better made, and their portions overall were much bigger.
We’ve come to this location many times before, but after this incident, we will not be returning. The waitress’s rude attitude toward my fiancé and the watered-down Long Island Iced Tea made this one of the worst dining experiences we’ve had.
We decided not to tip her, and honestly, she didn’t deserve one. We’ll be sticking with the Ingersoll location from now on.

From the moment we walked in, we were warmly greeted and promptly seated. The staff wasted no time providing us with menus, offering an impressive variety of options to choose from. Our server was outstanding—friendly, attentive, and checked in just the right amount to make sure we had everything we needed.
The food was absolutely incredible. The ceaser salad was loaded and fresh, and their chicken truly lived up to the restaurant's name! The spicy and sweet chicken options were flavorful and perfectly cooked. The fries were seasoned to perfection, and every dish we ordered not only tasted amazing but looked fantastic too. A special shoutout to their pickle appetizer—an absolute must-try!
The atmosphere was lively and inviting, with a great vibe created by the football and hockey games playing on the many TVs around the restaurant. The customer service was some of the best I’ve ever experienced, and this visit left a lasting impression.
If you're in the Tillsonburg area, I highly recommend Wild Wing. You won’t be disappointed!
