Waited 15 minutes in drive thru and that was after my order, the girl that brought me my food was rude, cold burger and didn't get my pie I PAID for.

Location by Bulk Barn/Popeye's.
Super good food here but 3 things.
1. They ALWAYS forget to add seasoning on the fries even when THEY asked.
2. No one that works there smiles or says bye/have a good day. (Not even a fake smile)
3. They rush customers to pay and to leave inside and at the drive thru.
Not a fan of any of that.

Sloppy at making burgers in my experience. Really cheap on the bacon. Never get seasoning on the fries when asked for extra. Regret going to any a&w in timmins.

I ordered a Chubby Chicken Cruncher through Uber Eats, and what I received was a two-hour-old patty with a bun that was so hard it was inedible. When I called A&W to inform them, they apologized and offered a fresh burger but wouldn’t arrange for delivery. I chose Uber Eats specifically because I needed it delivered. Unfortunately, the burger ended up in the garbage. Very disappointing experience, especially coming from A&W.

SPEED - SLOW SLOW SLOW.
Even after ordering via the app. Waited 8 minutes at drivethru window
When my meal finally came to the window they tried to give me a breakfast combo instead of my double Mozza burgers Both window greaters were very hard to understand what they were describing.

Waited for 20 minute for our food and ordered a uncle burger and received a teen and when asked the guy says we are out of big patties so we give you two onion rings were cold and salty af not to impressed

Took 15 minutes to get our food, they had forgotten about our order. Then the burger was a little cold and the onion rings were undercooked (cold as well). Use to love eating at A&W, this one, nope. Very disappointing.

August 23,2024 we ordered teen buger meal onion rings and the onion ring were frigin cool .we went in-driver thru the service at this restaurant is getting to be really bad.

Manager was cashing out a till and the 2 other workers stood there and didn’t serve me when the manager was done she served me I then watched as my order was placed in a paper bag and then sat there for at least 6-7 minutes as they prepared the apple pie that i also ordered. So not impressed right now considering my food is luke warm and it cost over 30 dollars. You need to step up your game.

Absolutely horrible, the slowest drive through I’ve ever been in, not to mention after waiting for 25 minutes in a line of 4 cars and having to rush to work….only for realize they gave me a burger with no patty there goes 30$ wasted thanks A&W!

My absolute FAVORITE breakfast.Keto options are easy to order.Staff super friendly
