I visited A&W today in the afternoon and had a really good experience. It seemed busy, but everything was still clean and organized, which I really appreciated. There was a bit of a wait on the order, but the service was positive and welcoming, and the food was served to me — a really nice gesture. The food was fresh, tasty, and definitely worth the wait. Great atmosphere — I’ll definitely be back!

I came in the morning and got good food service from A&W. Person in the kitchen prepare our food so accurately according to our choice. There was a girl on the front counter she invited us nicely. Very hardworking girl handling drive-thru and front counter alone. She did everything for us, gave coffee to us and food on our table. Best wishes. Will soon visit again.

We had such a wonderful experience during our visit, maybe around 2 o’clock. The front staff member was super polite and patient with us. Since English isn’t our first language and we mostly speak French, she kindly took the time to help us with her smiling face, which made us feel very welcome. We got a bit stuck choosing sauces, but she showed us all the options and helped us pick the perfect one. The food was hot and delicious, the coffee was fresh, and even with a short wait, it was totally worth it. The atmosphere was great too, with some fun ghost decorations that gave a nice Halloween vibe. We’ll definitely be back! Merci pour votre service chaleureux !

Came through the A&W drive-thru around 10 PM and grabbed a Teen Burger — it was so delicious. Super fresh, the patty was hot and juicy, bacon was crispy, and everything just tasted on point. Didn’t expect it to be that good late at night, but they really delivered. Hit the spot!

Everything was great

Everything item I ordered left in holding tray's way to long, cold wrinkly and 30$ of inedible wasted money and time, supposed to be a treat was expensive for garbage.

Service has gotten worse and worse on a regular basis, just for today alone I asked for seasoning, no seasoning on the fries. I asked for a tray for my drinks. No tray, I had to raise my voice to get a trait. No napkins in the bag and no mayo in ine of the chicken burgers . They're losing my business now.This is three strikes you are out .

Never busy, looks nice and the food is awesome. Best fast food place of all time is A&W. Also of course, ROOT BEER
