I visited A&W today in the afternoon and had a really good experience. It seemed busy, but everything was still clean and organized, which I really appreciated. There was a bit of a wait on the order, but the service was positive and welcoming, and the food was served to me — a really nice gesture. The food was fresh, tasty, and definitely worth the wait. Great atmosphere — I’ll definitely be back!
I came in the morning and got good food service from A&W. Person in the kitchen prepare our food so accurately according to our choice. There was a girl on the front counter she invited us nicely. Very hardworking girl handling drive-thru and front counter alone. She did everything for us, gave coffee to us and food on our table. Best wishes. Will soon visit again.
We had such a wonderful experience during our visit, maybe around 2 o’clock. The front staff member was super polite and patient with us. Since English isn’t our first language and we mostly speak French, she kindly took the time to help us with her smiling face, which made us feel very welcome.
