When it’s a regular night, the place is perfect for a sit down conversation, mingling, etc. Does it get loud when a band plays, of course it can. That’s the concert atmosphere. What makes this place truly special is the people. Kim and her crew (you know who you are) do an excellent job! Hosting events at The Surge is a joy, and attending them is even more fun!
