I have spent several months for work in timmins and eaten at Boston Pizza for a good majority of it. Based off of numerous times dining there (more then 20) I would have to say the food and service is hit and miss.
One day will be completely different from the next for food quality and service. If you are looking for a great experience, you will need to pray for a perfect storm of quality employees to be working. Most staff members from my experience, just don't care and it shows.
Cleanliness is also hit and miss as I have had times where it took over an hour for staff to bus a table right beside me. Patio was generally dirty as well and littered with cigarette butt's.
I'd give it zero if I could. I'm pretty sure they wanted people to leave. Who wants to work at 10pm on a Thursday night..... won't be going back.

This Boston pizza have no Happy hour and they don't have the day special like it suppose to on the web side . Was there on Monday so no 10$ individual pizza They won't be next time to Boston pizza after this

Open concept, our server was punctual with our orders and different deals on different nights makes it worth while.
I regularly visit this location to get dinner while I'm up here for work trips. This time I flew in on a late flight and called to order when it's listed on Google maps that the location is open until midnight, when I called shortly after 10 a lady answered the phone and when I called for pickup she said they were closed then hung up. Fix your hours

The servers is just look at your walk by don’t even ask and I also asked for sauce and never got it and not completely cooked

I just finished eating (5pm). Table of 1. I asked for a booth. Person who seated me started me with a coke. When they returned with my coke I ordered my meal. Never saw the guy again. Someone else brought my food out. No one checked on me to see how it was. Guess I wasn't important enough. ? had to ask some random person for parmasean. Has to ask some other random person for the bill. His loss. I'm an excellent tipper. Bill was $35. On a normal day I would have paid $50. But, today was a special day. I planned on tipping 100%. Guess I shoulda thanked the guy for saving me money. At least thats what I wrote on the receipt.

The waitress was very nice. However, we got the Triple Play Appetizer that had "signature chicken Thai bites" and it was literally a fish fillet and not chicken. We told the manager but he said he does not eat chicken so he wouldn't know what it was. If the owner sees this and wants proof I took a picture of the meat and it is 100% fish. The waitress was the only one that agreed with us and believed us. Thank you to the waitress.
