I went in to get a few items, when i was done i put my stuff on the counter so i can pay, the cashier just stood there staring at me so I pointed to the items i was trying to buy, and he said yes, so i asked what was he waiting for and i was told to wait as he was doing his streches.. i couldn’t believe it so i walked out and will never go back

Dave and his staff are a good bunch. I've been a customer here for a long time, and I can always get my gluten free flours with no issues. The store is always clean, the staff are knowledgeable and friendly and the conversations are always good.

I loved my experience at this location definitely the variety of things are less compared to down south. However, the experience was always nice before some staff has changed. Today i went there and greeted the person who was gonna cash me out and guess what he was still with no facial expressions or any positive energy. I get that some people can have a hard day or are tired. However, this is a customer service job. I think the owner or the other worker he was really polite and helped the cashier at the register too. And then when i was done paying i said thank you to the owner/ other employee he greeted me back by saying have a nice day which i appreciate. More over the cashier he was (brown) he just wasn’t happy or something. I could possibly give 4 stars or 5 but customer service lacking was the reason that took it away.

Perfect spot for those who loves to do baking and wants all the ingredients under one roof. Variety of gummy candies and snacks. They even have dry fruits and nuts in various flavours. Just go and take plastic bag and pour according to your needs and price will be charged according to the weight.

It's difficult to go into bulk Barn and only buy one thing! I go in with a bag full of clean jars and containers, get them all weighed just incase, and end up filling them all up by the end of my shopping trip! I hope bulk Barn is one of the shops we never lose! So very handy for all of my baking, recipe trying, gift giving, and even just snacking or healthy eating ideas. Sales happen often, coupons get delivered in the mail, and using your own containers saves you 15% on Sundays. There are student and Senior discounts too however I don't recall which days. Ample parking, accessible parking as well.

I'm from out of town and dropped by to do some shopping on Sat Feb. 12th. I was very disappointed as the store was not busy and yet there were 2 female employees at the cashout chatting away. The bigger female was continuing coughing. I had a few questions as to where a product was located and one female cashier just said aile 2 rather then interupting their chit chatting she could have come out from behind the counter and actuall show me where the product was in aile 2. There were a lot of empty bins and spice spill overs on the floor, on other spice bins etc. When it's not busy why couldn't one of the chit chatters go around the store and clean up and and assit customers if they have any questions! The staff definetly needs some training in what actaully is "customer service". I would have posted no stars but the systen doesn't allow that.
