Harvey’s claims you can “have it your way,” but that’s not true. I asked for my order a specific way and the assistant manager refused, flat out. On top of that, he was rude and not willing to listen. I ended up leaving frustrated and without a proper meal. Terrible customer service. If you want food made the way you like it, don’t waste your time here.

If I could give zero stars, I would. This was hands down the worst experience I’ve ever had. The service was unbelievably slow and rude – it felt like we were bothering them just by being there. The assistant manager flat-out refused to make my order the way I asked, even though Harvey’s advertises “Have it your way.” Instead of offering a solution or even basic courtesy, their attitude was dismissive and rude. If a customer can’t get their food the way they want at Harvey’s, what’s the point of eating here? This location clearly doesn’t care about customer satisfaction, and I wouldn’t eat here again if it were free. Save yourself the disappointment and go literally anywhere else.
I went to Harvey’s expecting my wrap to be made the way I wanted, since that’s the slogan and promise of the brand. Unfortunately, the assistant manager refused to prepare it the way I asked. This was disappointing, as customer choice is the main reason I go to Harvey’s. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and trains assistant manager to respect customer requests in the future and guide staff to do right thing not follow your assistant manager blindly
