I would definitely not even give 1 rating for anything. An aged lady working at front, Oh my god! No manners, no etiquettes, no way of talking. I mean if she is the owner or something then can’t help but if she is working there , give some basic training on customer service at least. The time I go there, her irritating face and tons of attitude ( totally no sense) just annoys me. Every single time you approach her for order, her tone is absolute rude. I have worked like 5 years in customer service and I had never seen anything worse than this. I wish I could get her name to make it little more direct to her. This review is just for you lady(aged lady) whatever your name is !! Just take it. And try to learn something out of it instead of ignoring it like your customers:( !!! I really wish , I go there and you are not working there anymore.

Excellent customer service I placed an order through DoorDash, but with the storm there was no driver available to deliver my Order. The employee working at Little Caesars delivered it personally for me.

I have faced Worst experience here, will not visit there again. The old lady at front without any name-tag and dress has just attitude, not the experience for serving customers. Little caesars should change the staff. It’s always better to taste where good staff is working with warm customer service than getting abused and disrespected.

Ordered 5 orders of wings...pepperoni & cheese crazy puffs & 2 orders of breadsticks. Everything was excellent & cooked to perfection. Hands down the best pizza restaurant in town. Delivery driver was friendly & polite....& very fast. Thank you Little Ceasers

I was waiting to try the Crazy Puffs, since I am huge fan of Kraft Dinner, I was excited. After ordering them I was very disappointed. All it was, was 3 or 4 Kraft Dinner noodles stuffed into a piece of dough. Cetainly nothing like the commercials, not even close. Charging me $6.99 for some pizza doe is a hugh rip off and you should be ashamed of taking advantage of people like that.
Me and my partner both got Food Poisoning after having little ceasers pizza. Believe it too be the meat lovers as it’s hard to mess up cooking a pizza but apparently with all these new employees that’s all they do. Health and safety standard for food and restaurants exist for a reason and if a company can not abide by that and continuously produce bad food that gets people sick that’s on the grounds for reporting to inspection canadas website. As well as corporate. Will not be eating here again and will be tell family to avoid here as much as possible until things change.

Usually it's my go to spot for a quick pizza but when I got home and opened my pizza the "DEEP DEEP DISH" was more like a "Thin Thin Dish" and burnt crisp underneath and missing toppings in some of the corners I was really disappointed in the quality...Next time I'll open up the box in the restaurant to make sure the quality is sufficient to what I would hope are your standards in your chain.

Amazing experience just moved from BC and we stopped in on our way home to smooth rock falls and they loaded our pizza and when we asked for extra parm on our garlic sticks they took it another step and asked if we wanted extra butter , I watched them load our crazy bread. It was amazing and tasted like when me and my husband use to go to school and get it back in the day! 5stars for amazing customer experience and for going above and beyond. You can tell these guys are foodies and care !
