What a mess... First order - Ordered a chicken kebab platter but got a chicken kebab wrap. Second order - Didn't want vegetables but the wrap had vegetables. Third order - Got vegetables in a chicken shawarma wrap that didn't ask for.

Smells stinky when entering the restaurant but the food and service was amazing. (I believe it’s the bathroom that smells up the building)
Food is normally good but , a few of them don't have gloves on witch is not a good thing when working with food . So I ask for my food to be re done Also took 25 minutes for a poutine they where 2 of them doing one order at a time. Could be a great little business if they got their cleanliness together.

I'd request the owner to kindly coach one of your employees (the overweight one) how to treat customers. Absolutely no customer service skills. Not sure if he lacks customer service skills or rude or simply an unlikable personality.

The place was very dirty and had a bad smell. I went to the restrooms and there was no soap or paper and of course was dirty . The staff was friendly but it seemed like they didn't know what they were doing. The kitchen area was very dirty too, maybe that whats the reason i didnt like the food, I tried a drink that was recommended to me but I didn't like it, and i just love the fact they sell jarritos Mexican soft drinks but i dont have picture.
I enjoyed the half beef/half chicken wrap combo. I think the fries could have been crispier and the wrap cut in half. The ends were loose so that made a bit of a mess at the end but flavour wise, very good. Loved the tahini and garlic sauces. The medium hot sauce was spot on.
