Took me 15 minutes for junior chicken at drive through.

Its frozen even not properly cooked . As always i was missing my half order and when i had my first bite it wasn’t properly cooked still half frozen . waste of money

I had a disappointing experience at this McDonald’s during my visit around 7:45 PM. I ordered a decaf coffee using the self-service kiosk, which accepted the order without any notice that decaf was unavailable.
After waiting a few minutes, a staff member informed us that they did not have decaf coffee. When we politely asked how long it would take to brew a fresh pot, we were told that they could not do it because they were “closing.” This was confusing, as when we asked about the actual closing time, we were told the restaurant closes at 11:00 PM, which was still more than three hours away.
Despite explaining this, the staff member repeated that they could not brew decaf. There was no effort to offer an alternative solution or explain why the kiosk allowed the order in the first place. The interaction felt dismissive and inconsistent with the stated closing time.
If certain items are not available well before closing, this should be clearly communicated on the kiosk to avoid wasting customers’ time. Better communication and customer service would greatly improve the experience.

I was at the drive thru at 330 am. I tired to order but the cashier was rude.She keep telling me to wait. After 10 mins with the window open. She yelled through the microphone and asked what I wanted. I just told her the service was bad and I drove off. As I left there was a cab driver at the window she was talking to and he wasn’t ordering. I went around to ask who the manager was. She just argued with me saying she was the manager. It was obvious she wasn’t and wouldn’t let me talk about my concern. She didn’t even give me her name and laughed. I would like to make a complaint about the encounter. Where can I make one please. I would like someone to follow up with this issue.

Went to McDonald’s November 30th, 2025, it was 3:45 pm. Ordered two big Mac meals, a jr chicken in the drive-thru. I got my order and looked in the bag and there was only one fry. I told the worker, “There’s only one fry.” She said, “No there’s two, I bagged it myself.” I told her, “Well there’s only one in here.” She said, “No, I know theres two in there, I bagged it myself.” I said, “Take a look for yourself.” I handed her the bag she said, “I’m sorry but we can’t take anything back once we give it out.” I told her to look in the bag again and she refused. So I held up the line and started pulling everything out to show her and showed her the empty bag with one fry. She said, “It doesn’t matter what’s in there, it doesn’t change the fact that you could have took it out in the two minutes you’ve been here.” (I only had my bag for like 30 seconds) I said again, “Well there’s only one fry… who’s your manager?” She said, “I am, I’m the general manager.” And smiles... Then she said, “If you pull up I can get you another fry once it’s ready.” Like man, I could afford another fry, I just want what I paid for… why would I hide a fry? lol. I’ve made a post and other people have complained about this manager, she’s Caucasian btw and other people said she’s racist, rude and very unprofessional!! Why argue with a customer? I didn’t even drive away when I noticed my fry was missing I was there the whole time!

On multiple occasions I went there for decaf coffee in the evening and they never have any made and they refuse to make a pot.

We stopped here for breakfast and were very disappointed by the condition of the washrooms. Both the men’s and ladies’ bathrooms were extremely dirty, toilets not flushed, no toilet paper available, and the floors were filthy. In the men’s washroom, the toilet was overflowing, and in the ladies’ washroom, one toilet was dirty while the other had no paper. One sink was out of order and the other only had cold water.
It also appeared that the staff were inexperienced or not properly supervised, as the entire location seemed neglected. We ended up leaving without breakfast because of how unsanitary it was. I hope management takes immediate action to address cleanliness, maintenance, and staff training at this location.
Fries were spectacular, burger and wrap was as expected from a fast food chain

Terrible experience! I came to McDonald’s at night, placed my order, and never received my food and the staff completely ignored me no apology, no explanation, nothing! This is absolutely unacceptable. If you can’t provide proper service at night, then don’t keep the place open. It’s frustrating to pay for food and be treated like this. I’ll definitely think twice before coming here again, and I hope management seriously looks into how poorly the night staff treats customers.

They always forget to add bacon when you pay to add bacon to a meal that doesn’t have it. I don’t get McDonald’s often, but every single time I get it and order Bacon on a meal, they always forget to add it. Never forget to bill you for it though.
Kids play land is dirty , floors are filthy , seen them prepare food with no gloves 🤢
