Wanted to commend your worker Jerico. The young man is such a pleasant guy, he made my 15 minute wait for chicken sandwich with fries that had also been waiting for 15 minutes, much more enjoyable.
He was so friendly with all customers and his coworkers. Was very nice to see.

Dear shift Manager, 09/28/2024 Saturday... Night shift Please keep your attitude low my friend!! You guys were already late doing the order. And on top of that you said you don't have poutine and we'll have to wait for 5 mins. And we said yes. Although waiting for 15mins just for poutine we didn't say anything. And one more thing i wasn't STARING at you, although i would have been you don't have power to point finger at me and talk with high pitch (Raised) voice. Please keep your attitude at your home buddy!!! You have no power to raise voice (with finger pointing) at your customers when you guys were already late doing our order. Wearing a shirt with big tie does not make you a good person!!! I spit on that personality!!

I’m not usually salty (pun intended) about reviews but today is not the first time I place an order to go and have to wait 20+ MINUTES FOR MY ORDER.“Fast-Food” it’s in the type of service and I have to wait 20+ MINUTES TO WATCH PEOPLE WHO COME IN AFTER ME GET THEIR FOOD BEFORE I DO???? Poor planning on the associates, terrible time management, I absolutely HATE how often this happens at this location. DO BETTER. Honestly.

Lack of staff leads me to a lower rating for McDonald's...wait times inside are getting to be longer than going for lunch at a "sit down" restaurant. The drink/napkin area was disgusting...not stocked...full of sticky dried ketchup and pop.

Go in drive through any morning dosnt matter how many people behind you and they make you go park and wait 15-20 so they can bring out 3 different orders for everyone they make park. When I go in drive through. I decided to go in drive through. Give me my food. Terrible place to go now. The worst place, go to Wendy’s they’ll never make you park for 20 mins

Someone else has noticed Jericho's customer service and I would like to acknowledge it as well, great experience today.
It wasn’t Fresh and it also took 32 minutes. So the food was also cold. I should’ve went to the other location.
