i went and got lunch. it was so gross i thought i’d give it a shot again but no: i ordered a pickle spear it was gross and soggy it was sitting in a container for who knows how long and my bread was moldy.. $19 down the drain. don’t recommend eating here..

Went there normally they heat the bacon before they put it on it looked like the guy was rushing to get my food done but I thought maybe since this is their new fired up sandwich there is a new way of doing it so I gave him the benefit when I got home and opened my sandwich this is what it looked like. The juice from the meat and bacon completely soaked the whole sandwich and made it completely inedible this was the worse experience I've ever had didn't even take a bite due to the raw bacon and the amount of sogginess there was. I spent over 20 dollars just for this sandwich over 50 dollars in total for my whole order. The other sandwich I got was on the same level of sogginess but I can write that off the to amount of queso he put so that it was it is. But there is no exception on how the first sandwich was with the raw bacon and puddle of grease that absorbed into the bread making it not even edible for my dog

Absolutely horrible. Asked for the sub to be toasted, and while it was in the “toaster”, the person decided to wipe her counters ( and everything went on the floor). When the toaster was finished, she proceeded to try and take my sub out of the toaster with the same dirty gloves. She squished the sub back together and handed it to me. DISGUSTING! Refused to give me a refund.

Had a DoorDash pickup scheduled for 2:01 PM and didn’t get my food until 2:20 PM. That’s almost 20 minutes late for an order that should have been ready on time. Absolutely unacceptable service — if you can’t handle the orders, don’t take them. Total waste of time.

Ordered a chicken Parm sub. Got plain breaded chicken instead. One of the cutlets was also undercooked. I also requested grilled, but the sandwich was not grilled. Order took nearly an hour to arrive, and was ordered at off-peak hours. Very disappointed.
