Food is good and a large variety of choices. Service is quick. Party of over 10 went well. Complaint #1 is 15% tip is automatically put on your bill whether you like it or not. Dine-in is all-you-can-eat only, nothing à la carte. One person wanted to have take out since she was a pop in for a kids birthday before work. They did not want her to sit at the table with her take out containers (to be eaten at work not in the restaurant). Not impressed with that.
Met some family at Osaka at last minute because they were in town. I only wanted to have a drink as I had already ate and I don't like raw fish or anything on their menu other than their rice and wings. They said everybody who comes in HAVE to eat the buffet. Well I am not going to pay 40$ for a plate of rice. I left the restaurant never going back. They should not be able to do that. They said it is their policy. Pretty sad when you can't even go in for a beer!
