WHAT AN AFUL EXPERIENCE .. This place took us for $160 for absolutely nothing .. We waited for our food and didnât even get close to anything we ordered. 3 HOURS OF WAITING with a 2 year old baby ! Iâd love to report this to someone.. We left the place starving and paid for pizza from toppers when we got home ..

Awesome food at an affordable price. Some of the staff can be rude but the owners make this place worth coming back to. When my order was taken wrong, sure the staff member that took my order was rude, but one of the owners contacted me later (she wasn't in at the time) to make sure the mistake was corrected. Fortunately, most of the staff are very kind.

Not one to complain but not only was our food not the greatest, they failed to notify us that there would automatically be a %15 tip added to our bill and when addressed instead of handling the situation properly threatened to call the cops. Not once did we say we wouldnât pay our bill but not sure where they get off deciding what sort of tip they deserve when the service was terrible and we had to ask for things 4 times with nothing brought to us, leaving one of the people at our table having to go to the front and ask. Will not be going back.

my server was very rude and when we were going to pay she kept walking away and coming back very unhelpful and rude. while i was tipping she wouldnât walk away
I came yesterday with friends, the food was good however the manager and an employee came to the table to tell us to stop ordering saying âenough is enoughâ. This is actually the second time this has happened to me. Itâs very disappointing that you advertise ayce but cut us off anyways. Ayce is a lie, you practically kicked us out and itâs only 1 mochi per person?? It used to be good but definitely not anymore, food and definitely service wise

Food's not too bad but the service is INCREDIBLY pushy. In the middle of waiting for a few more dishes we were asked if we where done several times. Was going to tip at least 15% up until they asked to have my card to complete the payment themselves. Nope. No tip if you're gonna take charge of what I pay out in tips. Please look into your staff's aggressive treatment of customers.

I received a gift card, but when I tried to use it, it was refused because it hadnât been 14 days since the purchase date. Nowhere on the gift card is this restriction mentioned. Disappointing experience.

1 star across the board. Horrendous service. Waitress Supinder had a very terrible attitude. Extremely unfriendly and did not thank me for the gratuity. We waited upwards of 40+ minutes for our food and it arrived cold. Nobody checked on us in order to complain about the temperature or extremely long wait times. Charged extra when we didnât want to eat it. Unappetizing and unsettling. Super disappointed. I run a restaurant and wouldnât wish that service upon anyone. Thankfully Amy (Manager) offered us refills for water as we were only greeted by our waitress upon entering the building and requesting our bill in 1.5 hours of dining here. Honestly, people donât come here for good service they come here for sushi - and itâs not worth it anymore for me.
