Hii, today we went in pizza hut restaurant, It was worst experience of my life, I never seen like that type of women who is misbehaving with our customers, she took a wrong order, instead of accepting her mistake she continues arguing with us rather than apologies, she doesn’t want to accept her mistake, her tone of voice was so loud, she was mad at us, when we requested to cancel the order and we will do that again then she refused to do and she said your payment is already done, thats that way they are treating with our customers like that, I was so upset, then we step back. I wouldn’t recommend to anyone to go see her she is assisting manager. I had a very very bad experience with this place.

I've been here for their buffet lunch, which was a very good experience. However, this time was very unpleasant. The kitchen was behind on certain items. There were things on the menu that were not available. If you asked for it, then you found out it wasn't available. It would have been far better had the waitress when we sat down and she gave us menus explained that their kitchen was behind, the items that were not available, so the customer can decide what is best for them and their guest. Not take everyone's order and let us know later that because the kitchen was behind, certain items would not be served till near the end of our meal. We came together as friends and family to sit and have a meal together. Not half of us finished before the other halves' food came. It was so wrong to bring appetizers after everything else was served and more then half the people finished eating, I let the waitress know I didn't want them anymore and she brought them back 10 minutes later. But she brought them anyway. And charged me for them. The second waitress came and took the one cheese stick right out of my hand and went away with it, ( I sure hope she enjoyed it) which I was going to put in the to go box with the other. The second waitress came and said she was sorry to hear we weren't happy. And we shared we weren't. She explained she wasn't aware they didn't have meaty marinara, that they have lots of sauce, she then apologized and went away. Some of her excuses were not the same as our waitresses excuses. When our waitress came back, I answered her question, she didn't like my answer and began to defend herself, I stopped her explained I wasn't interested, again she tried to defend herself, I explained I wasn't interested in anymore excuses and to please leave it alone go away, then she started to verbally attack me in front of everyone, and I just kept asking her to go away again and again thought maybe she couldn't hear me and she would, she wouldn't leave, and then said we had ruined her day. To which I replied she ruined our meal along with everyone else who was sitting and watching and listening together along with who ever was managing this place. She went away when I said I would call the police. Then as she went from table to table, reiterating everything to those customers. Then a manager came over and started to ask questions which I ended up doing the same thing, asking her to leave me alone and leave.This was my worst dining experience ever. I will not be back here for dinner ever.
Our waitress said they were out of marinara sauce and couldn't serve meaty marinara, cause they didn't have the sauce but my dish that I had had the marinara sauce in it. I went and asked at the takeout counter, they explained they had lots of sauce. The second waitress, said she wasn't aware they weren't serving it. Something is way off here.
Who takes food away from the customer, not to mention right out of there hands.
I read the menu, I know what I was interested in having, Yes, I ask questions because I have certain things I need in my diet for personal reasons, the thing our waitress did do well was to provide the information I needed to meet my medical needs to order. For that, I'm thankful, but shame on Pizza Hut. In my restaurant experience, the ones that don't know the word can't do way better than the ones they do know the word can't. Can't, means you are not willing to please your customer or meet their needs. After all their coming to your place to eat, without them there is no business!

Got 2 melts and waffle fries on a delivery and I'll never order from this place again. Both melts were undercooked (you can still see the raw doe), waffle fries were bending like rubber, and delivery driver made it difficult for me to grab the order because he's grabbing them in a weird order where I have to keep shuffling to grab another item, all because he was busy talking on his phone.

Waited about an hour after we ordered are to get ur food was cold waiter didn’t know who’s plates was who’s. Do not recommend coming to Pizza Hut in Timmons ONT!! I will not be coming back here again wast of my family’s time

Told the delivery driver not to park on my sideway. He told me not to order from there again. He said if I called to complain. Nothing will happen. He was laughing away. Awful service.

Took 17 min to order three medium pizza two peperoni bacon one pepperoni green pepper...since they fired all their staff, closed doors then reopened it hasn't been the same . Gave old staff notice via email with no reason just they would not be needed the following Monday.

Disappointing that the crust was not home made. It was dry and resembled a cracker. Don’t buy thin crust.
