Completely wrong order, after waiting over 30 minutes. Watched skip the dishes orders go out while I waited. They gave us 2 free apple pies for the wait. Except the order was completely wrong! Order 20 tenders, got peices of chicken, missing the mash potatoes. If you live out of town for sure check your whole order before you leave.

Very good atmosphere for family and friends gathering with good food. I had a 2 pc chicken combo, and the chicken was fresh. Very friendly staff and i loved their service.
When they first opened, the quality was 5 stars! Now it has plummeted to the bottom of the fast food chain in town. Food is always soggy, quality of the vegetables on the sandwiches seemed like they were left out for days. Seems to be an issue with this specific location as others have always been good. Needs quality control ASAP
Edit: We decided to give them another chance and I must say, they have improved significantly! It seems they made some changes and are back to the level of quality I remember from the first few weeks they opened! You’ve won back my business!

The food would be good, if it wasn't soggy. I ordered the Ghost pepper Chicken burger and all it came with was spicy mayo (wasn't spicy at all, ghost peppers are suppose to be ridiculously hot) and two tiny pickles, not enough to even cover the bottom bum (and soggy not crispy), got a large order of onion rings and the smaller rings where slightly crispy but the bigger one's where undercooked and slimy. The best thing I had was ginger ale with a splash of Fruitopia can recommend that mix.

Ordered in to our hotel room. An $80 order, barely any of it edible. Fries were in a box with onion rings. Both tasted cold and old. Onion rings barely had any batter on them. Hot wings were very dry, and only a couple of drumsticks. Chicken fingers were also very dry and rubbery. Boneless chicken nuggets were drenched in sauce, and also rubbery. This is the first time I’ve tried Popeye’s and the last. Very disappointing.

Came for dinner on Nov 11 at 8.45 pm. Ordered food. The staff was talking neither English nor French but in their native language quite loudly. There was a black girl working in the kitchen and rest of the staff was in argument with her on some activities in the kitchen. The girl who passed me my order was reluctant to give me ketchup with fries. Napkins were given like gold. Very few sheets and I had to ask again for additional napkins.
