Though I'm from Timmins originally, I've since moved away and visit this location in a few 'bursts' throughout the year with my work team. The service is wonderful! We have started looking forward to the quick service, friendly faces, and kind messages on our cups - a few have definitely gotten us through some tough days! Thank you, and see you again!

The staff I've encountered here for the past 7 days have been very friendly, efficient, and helpful. After a few days, they were anticipating my order and already writing my name on the cups. I have felt very welcome.
I visit this Starbucks for a handful of days each year and in years past have found it a pleasant place to sit for an hour or two while waiting for my hotel room to become ready.
Many thanks for making mornings more pleasant for me, particularly this year when I had three more days in Timmins than expected due to flight delays!

Great Starbucks location with extremely friendly staff. Their service is excellent. I enjoyed my visits to this store. Specially, the girl name with charanjeet she is very friendly always ready to serve customers with a smile. Great service.

drove halfway across town to arrive at the store at 6:08 PM to be to be asked what my order was at the drive-through and then seconds later to be told that they are now closed while there was three staff members working in the store as well as client still in there so clearly they didnāt wanna make our order little pissed off as I even googled what time they were open till which I was told they were open till 7 PM. Very disappointed in the service we received.

Vichel, at the drive through just now, Wow, we had the Most surprising, refreshing experience. The voice from this guy at the speaker made our day. You can hear the smile through the speaker. Sure enough to get to the window and he was full smiles, polite! We received his positive energy Thank u āVā

Surprised to learn that there is a Starbucks where you cannot redeem or use stars for your orders. 6 of us placed orders (indiviually, not as a group) and half of the drinks were made wrong, even with the details being gone over a few times. Decafe Americano was made with only espresso and no water. Both cold drinks were missing the customizations that were requested and charged for. Will definitely save our money and go to Tim Hortons instead when we are next in town
Just want to give a shoutout to the young earnest employee making drinks! We sat in the coffee shop for awhile and noticed that he knew quite a few of the customers that came in and he was very friendly. Always love to see that positivity and enthusiasm in young people ?

Every time I go here the employees seem so confused about what Iām ordering. I order the same thing everytime and it is always a different price, and so inconsistent with the flavour. I used to love going to Starbucks but considering you canāt even use your stars or mobile order here, Iām no longer going to waste my time. Horrible customer service. I thought Starbucks was supposed to allow for CUSTOMIZABLE drinks. So Iām not sure why I have such difficulties ordering. Please activate mobile ordering at this location.

This location is very poorly managed. Waited 25 minutes for a single drink order. When I finally received my order is was made incorrectly (ordered an Oleato and received something flavoured with hazelnut/incredibly sweet).I brought the drink back to the location and the manager was furious and wanted to argue with me saying āthatās what I had orderedā. I informed her that the oleato isnāt a sweet beverage and she aggressively re made the order and slammed down the cup on the front counter to present it.Very disappointed.Iāll just go to Timmyās next time
