My recent trip to Subway was a disaster. I got there on May 6th around 9:35 PM, hoping for a quick bite. But it turned out to be a big mistake. The guy behind the counter, who I think was Indian (Gujarati), was just awful.
Even though they didn’t close until 10:00 PM, he was already acting like it was closing time. When I asked about deals, he barely looked at me and mumbled something about closing soon. It felt like he couldn’t wait to kick me out.
I’ve been to Subway plenty of times, but this was by far the worst experience. The service was terrible, and it made me rethink ever going back. Seriously, unless you want to be treated like an inconvenience, steer clear of this Subway.

We went in to get soup and subs. The young lady was wonderful and pleasant. We asked about soup, she asked the young man working the cash, you was speaking English to the customer. The young man looked at us with a most angry face spoke to the young lady, not to us, an she looked extremely uncomfortable and told us no soup. He continued on wirh an angry tone not even acknowledging we were there. We left, without purchasing anything ! being pleasant to the young lady. Very poor customer service by the young man. BTW young man, just so you know my phone translater works really well and you need to.learn some manners.

My anonymous account.Very disappointing. I love my subs after the gym. I used to go all the time.Now I can’t stand to go. Costumer service can be arrogant or not have a care in the world how they make the sub.I usually order the same sub and over the past year it’s been made very carelessly. Portions are always different on the subs (not in a good way) small amounts.It seems they don’t keep the fridges full of produce meats etc… in my opinion, they don’t keep a “tight ship” as they use to.Very slow. Not in and out as it used to be.
