The guy on the front desk was very rude, he didn't even know how to talk with someone and was like he knows everything about food....the service was very slow....the wraps were not perfectly grilled even. When we asked the guy about food items and prices he didn't responded accurately.

Hours say 7-11, store wasn’t open until 7:15 because the employee working didn’t show up until 7:10, he also wasn’t ready to make my sandwich until about 7:30, when he was finally ready to serve me a sandwich he wasn’t able to make any of the 3 sandwiches I asked for because the equipment wasn’t ready

I went to Subway this afternoon to get subs for my husband and I for supper. I wanted to use the app but wasn’t sure how to use it so I asked the Sandwich Artist called Mili. Mili was so patient and helpful to walk me through the steps then she proceeded to make my order. She really made my day.
I was also at this same location on corner of Brunette Rd and Algonquin a couple of weeks ago and Dhruv took great care of me.
I have only experienced great service at this location. The staff is friendly and attentive. Always courteous and polite and those smiles make me smile. These wonderful people are happy and it shows. Thank you again Milo and Dhruv! I will definitely be a regular customer. ❤️😊

I had a fantastic experience at the Subway located at 414 Algonquin Boulevard East, Timmins, Ontario. 📍 Harmon, who served me, was absolutely wonderful! 😄 Pleasant, happy, and provided top-notch customer service. 👍 It really made the whole experience enjoyable.
My beautiful wife and I shared a footlong bacon, egg, and cheese breakfast sub, and it was delicious! 😋
We added: * Potato rings 🥔 * Lettuce 🥬 * Tomato 🍅 * Cheddar cheese 🧀 It turned out perfectly! It was so good! 💯
I highly recommend this Subway, especially if you're lucky enough to be served by Harmon. Great food 🥪 and even better service! 🌟
