I had a great experience at this restaurant. The double leg dinner was incredible. The food was hot and fresh. The service was very good. One of my best Swiss Chalet experiences. I see others complaining of portion size/cost, I could see how that might be a concern, especially if buying for more than one person, but as far as paying for good food goes, this was excellent.

Will not get all items on the menu, very rude and I had a coupon for free cheesecake first offered to substitute with pie then decided to just tell me that I could have the coupon back knowing it was worthless to me. I will not frequent this location again. Love their chicken but their attitude and customer service leaves me very dissatisfied! 👎🏻

For eighty dollars, the meal size was unacceptable. Barely enough to feed family of 4 not only small portions, but the mashed potatoes they served were ice cold. Finding the. Butt of the lettuce in my wifes salad!? How is this even edible. Let alone the chicken being seriously.Overcooked and greasy will not be eating here again.

Good service, place is clean. The food was great. Had a 1/4 chicken breast with fries and gravy and bun. Side of cranberry sauce also. Was very good. Thank you. Always go there. Service is fast and food is hot and good. My husband had a hamburger and fries. Was very satisfied

So very disappointed! Almost $50 for 2 festive specials and ALL of the food was cold! Stuffing-cold! Mashed potatoes-cold! Fries-cold! Chicken-luke warm at best! Even the chalet sauce was COLD! What a sad experience, We will not be coming back! And I would not recommend! Its attached to a Harvey's but it's the same people cooking so we're not even gonna try it!
I ordered chicken and bbq ribs. Both were very dry. This was the second time it was like that. So I won’t be going back. Small portions and the price was high.
