Swiss chalet in Timmins is a warm and welcoming atmosphere. Inside is clean. Staff are friendly. Food is hot and fresh. Quarter chicken dinner white meat with fries and chalet sauce is awesome. There was blood in our chicken, Ribs were overcooked so they were dry, it was Granddaughters Birthday our meet was disgusting couldn't eat our food properly.our fries saved is from not eating any food

Worst meal, and you try to fill out the survey on your receipt and it takes you round and round then they give you a number to call that doesn’t exist! Ordered two meals they charged me for 3! What a waste of money!
Horrible experience. decided to change it up and order swiss chalet via skip the dishes. What I recieved was the thinnest ribs most over cooked ribs i’ve ever seen, not even edible. A rock hard bun, and a tiny chicken leg. I cannot believe this meal ever made it out of the kitchen, absolutely terrible and low standards from this place if that’s what they consider quality food!

We recently decided that one day we will try this Swiss Chalet ever since they opened back up and let me say i’m EXTREMELY disappointed… me and my grandparents ordered two rib combos and the chicken combo, when we got home we looked in the bag and we have our ribs and bun in the two containers but we’re missing our fries for the combos. we did decide to call and we aren’t rlly the ones to ever complain but for a pricey meal like that of course we are. we called and we were speaking to this lady that wasn’t that kind with us either telling us that she put the fries in the bag but we tried telling her we do not have them and she proceeded to just say: well i put them in sorry nothing i can do” i will not be coming back to this location EVER. even when we went in to get our order the lady wasn’t that pleasant at all… very dissatisfied and disappointed with this service.

I picked up my order which was 1/4 chicken bite with fries, and 1/4 chicken dark meat. My potatoes were dry and my chicken was dried out as well . Terrible, hard to understand the 2 ladies that served me. I have taken pictures but would like to know where I can send them ): grrrrr
